Roland17: Ibra has become disruptive, pitching players against the coaching staff. I think his role may be associated to being an investor with RedBird. I think he needs to go but that doesn't look like it will happen. We need to be intentional about our next coach, I am hearing Arne Slot and honestly I am disappointed. I'd rather A. Iraola than Slot. He has the experience of working with an average squad and producing unlike Slot. I also think we can play some good football and win at the same time. We are negotiating with Ralf Ragnick for the Sporting Director position which is an upgrade in my opinion to what we had. Iraola will sign for Liverpool, that ship has sailed. It's crazy that only after Cardinale decides to sack the whole management team that's when he starts debating who to replace them. Ragnick is with Austria, so Milan has to wait to sign him, so who will handle the ins and outs for next season, or the planning will start after the world cup? No coach, no sporting director, no chief scout; nothing. |

Roland17: Ibrahimovic needs to follow them. We need another house cleansing! The way we bottled the UCL position was disgraceful.
Who would you consider as coaching options? I think the cull is too much, sacking the whole management team doesn't show you're a sensible club, you are starting from zero again. I don't even know Ibra's role, he seemed like a cheerleader and intermediary between owner and the club, did he make any footballing decisions? They need to hire a sporting director first, and then map out an identity before thinking of a coach. For me I think we need a Klopp like coach, (Iraola?), the guys need to play with some energy, for far too long we always seem breathless and out of pace. Only issue is players seems to burn out every 3-5 years so you need to renew the squad. I've not really thought of a coach, a month ago it seemed impossible that Allegri will be gone, even just last week, just to Beat Cagliari. To be honest I no dey watch other teams like that to know of other coaches, but what of Italiano? A gamble no doubt. They will likely go for Conte sha, a prima donna but a proven winner |

This is not the Milan way! While Allegri has brought that stability he should be impressed upon to control games better, the squad might have gaps but the players are there, I still remember how we were toying with Udinese. How can Milan be playing relegation teams with low block? |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: The AC Milan Thread: 2021/2022 Serie A Champions! by Jerekre(m): 12:26am On Jan 16 |
Roland17: The fact that we did not concede is strong for the mentality of this team. Como controlled the first half and Magic Mike kept us in the game. In the past we would have folded, especially after they scored early and were pressing hard. 🤔. True, in the past we would have folded, Allegri has brought that stability but the performances (aside the a few games) have been lackluster. Which neutral will gladly watch this? |

Roland17: Gimenez you have to be stronger in that situation! Used to make the excuse of lack of service for him, but his first touch is usually so bad, any half chance is gone immediately he touches the ball, and he is the only striker in the squad. Let's see how Allegri will use Nkunku, though I think we overpaid for him. A win is a win, but to play 3-5-1-1 against bottom teams is somehow, the football is no just sweet |

ositadima1: If you reinvest your loot within the same year, you pay nothing — tax is charged only on what you withdraw. I think this will actually work in favor of the NGX rather than against it, as people will think twice before pulling funds out. As for dividends, you already pay tax in the form of withholding tax (WHT). What of dividends? |

Leun: with blocks like fofona and rlc in that mid nothing really good can come out, i was expecting he would take fofana out be he took modric.
352 won't work for us, this Milan team cannot work with that formation Lol @ blocks, maybe we can try with 2 pure strikers or use it when we need to be compact against big teams, just no creativity at all from the the centre or out wide. Modric won't play many full matches based on his age but maybe we temper our expectations, afterall this is a guy that during his first spell preferred Van Bommel to Pirlo and really liked using players like Muntari. Roland17: Very disgusting performance. After the first half I just comot mind because I have seen this over and over again. This guys just know how to make person vex and spoil weekend. We looked poor throughout the game. Gimenez remained isolated with no service. Imagine playing with 1 striker and 1 winger against a team you should dominate, no creativity from the centre or out wide, they kept doubling up on Estupinan. How do you break down a low block with those jam body midfielders |

TJ, Thiaw, Theo, Royal, Kalulu, Pobega, and Okafor.
End of loans for Felix, Walker and Abraham.
We still have to figure out Adli’s situation. It doesn’t look like Allegri fancies him Aside Adli, Bennacer and Origi Roland17: Rubbish!

Roland17: Noah Okafor will be joining Leeds United in the EPL for 20M. I had big hopes when we signed this man from Red Bull Salzburg. He struggled with coaching turnovers, numerous systems, instability and injuries. He just couldn't get into a rhythm because of his poor conditioning too. #FORZAMILAN He just didn't hit it off, especially with Leao in the same position, but it seems he is more suited for the role of a super sub. The squad is taking shape, hopefully they'll perform well this season. Any outgoings? |
