I'm actually very fit now, it was my leg bone. But everything is alright now

Good afternoon, I did an operation some time ago and so I really stopped exercising for a long time and now it affects me, i cant run long distances, short runs would make me start breathing heavily and if I exercise now It is very likely for me too loose weight even though I'm ready to loose it if that's what it'll cause, pls I just need ideas on any exercises I can be doing to put me back in check. Thank you

well this isn't for me but I just wanna help, I also registered on my first day, just make sure you buy your pin at the bank and register at a cbt center if the banks aren't registering, but don't buy your pin in the CBT center o, its stress and frustrating

I already created my profile last year, but you can just do yours at a cafe

God help me for my jamb o, I went my first day and registered my first day, I even got the independence book, while I was registering, people who came since last week hadn't even registered and it was because they wanted to buy their pin at the CBT center, my advice is please buy your pin at the bank o, to avoid stories that touches the heart.
