Role Description:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities for Zerago Cleaning Services. This contract role is fully remote and involves daily outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and online channels to generate interest in the company’s cleaning solutions. The SDR will research target markets, build and maintain lead lists, and schedule discovery calls or meetings for senior sales team members. The role includes maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on inbound inquiries, and supporting business development initiatives to expand Zerago Cleaning Services presence across residential and commercial segments.


Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to manage a pipeline of prospects and move opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Business Development, including researching markets and identifying decision-makers in target accounts.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and present Zerago Cleaning services clearly and persuasively.
- Comfort working in a remote, contract-based environment, with strong self-organization, time management, and follow-up discipline.
- Experience using CRM or sales engagement tools and basic office software.
- Previous experience in facilities services, cleaning, or related B2B services is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and operations teams and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Ability to bootstrap, manage and handle project and people (more like Virtual Assistant Role as secondary skill)
