The current facilities available is for ladies and is made available by Pied-A-Terre Apartments . Hostel location is in Life Camp a Satellite estate that is home to Julius Berger staff and some other top notch government officials. Environment is serene, electricity and water is constant(house is connected to the transformer meant to service a minister's official residence). State of the art facilities in the apartment. One lady to one bed. Cleaner comes in to clean 4-times in a week. Cleaner can help with your laundry at a fee. Hostel is less than 10mins drive from place like Wuse and Maitama. Prospective occupants will have to meet with the facility manager for a chat. Weekly payment is 7k: 6k for space and 1k for the service charge. Cash collection is done every Monday by the facility manager. Like I said it is a temporary accommodation arrangement as such occupants are free to move out whenever they are able to secure their own personqal houses but trust me you will not want to leave.
