In Nigeria they don’t do polished floors so you’ll still cover it with tile.

Cost is what it, just another line item in throwing up a proper structure. IMHO.

But why do a monolithic floor if you are just going to cover it up with tiles??



One advantage of this floor is that nothing seeps through (no foreign germinations underneath) as opposed to tiles which posses grouts
