It should be an email address of the buyer... I don't think a numerical account number applies

Be careful so you don't make errors
Make sure you check how much you would be able to send after charges on Neteller before you select amount you want to buy

e.g You might press you want to buy €11 worth of USDT and your Neteller balance is directly €11

Like that, you can't send it all to the seller cos they'll definitely take charges and by that time you've already stated in the trade you're paying €11... Be sure of your calculations before pushing on with each trade

It's the same thing... Selling Neteller USD for USDT would leave you shortchanged (the rate is usually $1.07 to 1 USDT)

Instead, I swap USD to Euro using Neteller's swap function then I sell Euro for USDT on Binance

please boss how do I send it to bi.nance after I have fund my NETELLER account with USD, I didn’t get that spot right….
