Majority of Peter Obi's supporters were once Atiku's fans. As a matter of fact, most of them voted for Atiku in 2019. Now that they have brokert camp, they have rather reduced Atiku's votes – a move which Tinubu is well pleased with. Of course Tinubu knows that only an Atiku poses threat to his presidential ambition.
Most of those campaigning for po are APC urchins.

Some youths expressed frustration during endsars but the subsequent by-election that was held in same Lagos few months was won by APC with PDP coming second. The byelections done across the country and governorship elections in Anambra (2021) was won by APGA with PDP coming 2nd and APC 3rd, Ekiti and Osun elections in 2022 was won by APC and PDP respectively. So what's the impact? Even Lasun Yusuf the former speaker that Obi mobilized for in Osun 2022 had a Woeful 2400 votes despite the crowd that greeted his grand rally

This crisis is anything but over. Pretty much doubt it'll ever be over. The concessions being requested for by Wike's camp are too huge and could well mean handing over the entire national structure of the party to one man.

This is the sort of situation that arises with monopoly. The financial sustenance of the party was left almost entirely to Wike after the general election of 2019. From there on he developed a strong aparthy towards any form of opposition within the party as he bore the burden for its survival alone. Those who did far less are being rewarded today while he's denied his demands at every turn.

As we've always said, every worker deserves his wages. Wike deserves his and will rock the boat until it capsises if he isn't granted full control of the steering wheel.

Whatever it is, APC has everything to gain from the prevailing situation.
