i strongly believe those who had paid 330 visa fee and gotten their visa re exempted reason is that the 330 paid at d embassy covers d Green Card and SSN processing. Come 2 think of it those issued visa and & in US never askd to pay 4 SSN and GC cos those charges hs bn deducted frm d 330 paid at d embassy so my own interpretation to ds is dt anyone who had paid 330 and bn issued visa b4 d kick off date feb1won't bother 2 pay 165 dols. thank u all
