Guys, the solution to the hotness and battery drainage of Infinix phones has been known to lots of people for a while but, seeing as I still see people complaining about it, I decided to put it out here. Go to Advanced Wifi. Then, go to the 'Always Scan' setting and turn it off. Viola! No more hotness or drainage. Adios.

Go to their office in ikeja with your receipt. They offer free screen changes for the first 6months after purchase. Take your receipt along.

But anytime i see a colleague of mine, flexing his own clean infinix zero, no scratches, no cracks, pure white, watching HD movies on it, i just concluded that it is how we maintain our phones that matter

Exactly. I haven't seen anybody in person who has issues with that Infinix Zero. Only online. So, are these ones with issues using their phones to grind pepper? Handle your fone with care.

Have you seen the infinix zero complaint thread?

Those threads were created by people with false complaints. Most of them are trying to bring the infinix brand down. I'm not saying every one of them but, most of them are. They even created a thread weeks ago to complain about Infinix hot issues, a phone that hasn't been released anywhere. Be guided!

I only gave my "Honest experience review" of this fone and it was given cuz I was asked to....... Just want to point something out.... I don't tink nyone wud just want to downside a product... I tink people r just airing dier views on wat they have experienced about the product and u can't write them off cuz u don't experience d same tin.... 78% of infinix zero users dat has complained both here and on Facebook can't be wrong.... I know some pipo "overdo" theirs like ..... But u shudnt write them off and insult them cuz u don't experience such.... Same goes for the "complainers too"

Let me tell you why I can't use facebook to judge. All those who write issues they're having with innjoo on innjoo's facebook page will find that their posts are deleted after. Only the praises are left. That's when I realised facebook pages are to manipulate reviews and public knowledge.

Don't mind them. Most of them aren't using the phone. We know who they are and what they're here for.

Not only does innjoo not have any customer care in nig, when I wrote my complaints on their facebook page twice, they deleted my posts instead of replying and telling me the way forward. There's evidently something very wrong with innjoo

very soon it will break be carefull, dat fall has done internal damage 2 it so it may just crack in ur hands one day
BOTTOM LINE: BE CAREFULL

Even if it breaks, he can get it fixed. Mine was fixed within 3 days. If the fall was very hard, it's possible he'd have damaged something inside that wont be covered by warranty but, let's hope that's not the case.

I'm not alone then. I cracked my screen badly and don't know where to get it fixed without having them mess it up.
