all4naija: Are you serious? Why is it that only few are opportune in that country if really what you say is true? You should be looking at the inequality index of your country by now before coming here again to post another senseless comment. The 'Rainbow nation' is a term coined to deceive people as there is still high animosity in the people while the blacks and white people cannot get along very well.I think you are hiding something importance here. The white people developed South Africa the reason why they were able to create Apartheid government, and you quite know what that means.First of all you know I am not a South African. It is just the truth. Average South African live better than the average African. There are inequality in every nation even communist nation let alone a capital nation. Go to America and you will see the same inequality. The fact still remains that South Africans are doing good, so give them credit. Whether it is white built or black built or Indian built, they are all South Africans. |
all4naija: Who said it is not before? It is developed by the white people which many South African blacks refused to admit. You are lame to be posting that comment as though we are not aware of that and arguing based on something different. Are the white people not South Africans, South Africa was developed by not just whites but blacks, Indians, coloreds, whites and Chinese. That's why it is called the rainbow nation. At the end of the day they are all South Africans. Give credit where credit is due and move on. Without whites South Africa will be like Botswana which is one of the best if not the best country in Africa. |
fyomer: Hhm-hhm am back again, the simple truth is that Ghanians envy Nigerians a lot.If you want to know, just take a trip down to that country listen to the radio, though its always in TWI their popular language(national o)the most thing you hear them talking is ANAGO meaning NIGERIANS this Nigerians that.Bullshit, Nigerians are without faults. Go through this thread you will see more Nigerian vs nigerian hatred more so than what one will ever experience in Ghana. Look how y'all kill each other because of religion and tribal difference. |
all4naija: Why don't you create the thread if you are so much sure of what you are saying?! The truth remains South African blacks are overrated with their Township conditions. Bwhahaha...South Africa is the most developed country in Africa by far. So I don't see why you should argue about this. |
Syenite: CAF are scammers! The year Samuel Eto'O won the award ahead of Austin Okocha they said Eto O won bc he won trophies for both club and country even though Okocha was superlative at club level scoring goals and making assists just like Yaya. I blieve based on that assertion Mikel deserved it cos he equally won trophies for both club and country something Yaya never achieved.Come to think of it you make a lot of sense. Even though I think yaya deserved it but if they really said that regarding eto and Okocha then mikel should hav won. Seems the francophone countries are more together than anglophone. |
Raymondif: Celebrity don suffer! That's the price of fame, we made them who they are and we have the right to question them. |
The best man won, go yaya |
Yvonne nelson is the Ghanaian version of tonto dikeh, Ghanaians hate this girl to the core. As for me I luv me some tonto and Yvonne. My all time favorite will forever be mercy johnson |
fujirice: Chineke m eh!!!! Una no go kill person with laughter here abeg! A country's number one choiced goalkeeper warming bench? I no wan laugh again cos this has gotten serious!!!! Hihihihihihhihihihihihihihihi..... Safarigirl e no go better for you....lol!Yet y'all concede more goals, in the qualifiers we conceded the least goals and scored the most. Y'all claim to have the best goalie and best strikers yet y'all can't score or keep others from scoring. |
Theben: GH KWAME you're a bloody liar. I dare you to post the link to that forbes list. Accra Ghana african second best city to live in? JeezHe is not lying, this is the link http://www.africa.com/blog/the_top_10_most_liveable_cities_in_africa/ |
I beg to differ, there are plenty of women that knows a lot about football. Take my girl safarigirl for instance the girl knows more about football than most guys on here. |
Adamskuty: bla! U dont see the irony in the monkey post,do u?I don't give a damn about what he says, I know I am not a monkey. I have been going through his post and he is prejudice and confuse so why should I take him seriously. We all know west Africans are the best and no one can take that away from us. When it comes to Africa we lead in everything, from movies, music, beauties, sports, intelligence and all aspects of life. In Africa and outside Africa west Africa rules. I am currently in the us and I can truly say west Africans rule. From the little research I did on the guy he is not someone I will even waste time on. He is limited. He is obsessed with west Africans. Don't u found it strange that the only thing he can say about his people are they are light skin and have silky. When most somalis are dark and they don't have silky hair. When we argue Nigeria and Ghana we talk about our accomplishment but this dude talks about silky hair and straight nose. He never talks about somali men just the women. Dude is a mental case, so why waste time on him. |
scipher: did you read the comments? I stay in port Harcourt, so you can always confirm that from any body .. PH is an oil producing state.. so it's understandable ..e dey pain youSure like I trust you, the point is y'all are a generator power base country and I don't see that changing anytime soon. |
scipher: https://m.facebook.com/nigeriacentenary100/posts/507734409319216Do you understand the word will be , it means it is not reality yet. Y'all have been saying this for the past ten years like my bro Gh kwame said. |
scipher: it seems you have comprehension issues, capacity and distribution is different.. kainji dam alone is 2000MW let alone other plants..Read the article it seems you have comprehension problem. The article says your demand is 20,000 but your capacity is 5,915 while it is only producing about 2900. |
GH^KWAME:Read this article, it says all you need to know about Nigeria. The guy is lying. The article even refer to Ghana as Nigeria's better managed african neighbor. http://gga.org/stories/editions/aif-4-africas-power-failure-short-circuits-growth/development-sputters-in-nigeria2019s-generator-economy |
scipher: you want to export what? do you know our capacity as at 2011 was 20000MW? however, distribution is just 5900mw.. do you know the number of power plants we commission last year alone? ... anyways, when the upgrades are done yall will shut ur gobs.. some states are enjoying 24hours of electricity already, something Ghana can only dream ofGo through this forum and read about what your brethren have to say about Ghana in terms of electricity. The ones that actually lives over there. 20,000 my azz. Your capacity is 5,900 and as we speak only producing 2,800 mw because of bad management. Read this article and weep for your country. http://gga.org/stories/editions/aif-4-africas-power-failure-short-circuits-growth/development-sputters-in-nigeria2019s-generator-economy |
scipher: my link clearly showed how ghanians use generators.... lol.... pot calling kettle black .. they can't even afford generators in Ghana.. you prolly need to read the articleBuilt: Akosombo Dam - 1020 MW Kpong Dam - 152 MW (after retrofit) Takoradi I Power Station - 330 MW Takoradi II Power Station - 330 MW (after expansion, currently 220 MW) Sunon Asogli Plant - 200 MW Osagyefo Barge - 125 MW UC: Bui Dam - 420 MW Tema Osonor Power Project - 126 MW Cenpower Power Project - 300 MW Kpone Thermal Power Project - 220 MW Takoradi II Power Station - 132 MW Proposed: GE Power Plant - 1000 MW (type unknown) Jubilee natural gas plant(s) - 5-600 MW Tokyo Electric Power Services Co (TEPSCO) - 2000 MW Jacobson Jelco Ghana Limited - 360 MW The MacBaron Group - 2000 MW Mere Power Nzema Ltd - (Solar Project) - 155MW Total: 4515 MW TOTAL + Simfan Total: - 12370 MW These are what is going to take place in Ghana and all these should be done by 2020. We will be exporting to Nigeria come 2020. http://business.myjoyonline.com/pages/news/201309/113684.php http://www.ghanaweb.com/GhanaHomePage/NewsArchive/artikel.php?ID=265945 |
Adamskuty: dumb fvckSo hating on a group of people shows pride, respect and dignity. I don't hate anyone and don't feel inferior to anyone that's why I can say that others are beautiful without being threatened. |
Theben: Jiggaman hahahaha, don't mind me. Was trying to get petrodolla and GH KWAME's attention. LolAll fun bro, don't mean it all . When will y'all stop with the gay joke |
Theben: The next power houses would be called GAY. Ghana, Afghanestan and Yemen. God will help themHow can you mention Ghana's name with failed and terrorist countries such as Afghanistan and Yemen. Thunder fire you. Next powerhouse with low crime, great economy, peaceful environment, great healthcare, and education Singapore, ice land, Ghana, Norway, Switzerland = signs When you look at these countries you see signs of great nation, unlike the mints which are full of criminals, bad leaderships,!bad health care, bad education and uncontrollable pop with no proper infrastructure to cater for the mass. |
Stop the hatred I have met lots of Somalis and Ethiopians and they are so beautiful. You are just a hater |
Theben: I'll continue to hate Ghana until the day petrodolla makes statements like 'i love Nigeria', 'Nigeria is great' etc. Then you are going to hate for a long time because you and I know that you will never hear the word love and Nigeria in the same sentence. Ps I know you don't mean that out of all the noisemakers you seem to love Ghana the most. |
safarigirl: yes, Ghanaians are Tom, Nigerians are Jerry- Jerry always gets the best of Tom..I think Ghana is jerry, you know Ghana is small and looks innocent but mess with us and you we will show we speak softly but carry a big stick. |
Smooyis: Because of the challenges we face at present I guess. We shall overcome. No one is better than the other but there are some things that Nigerians are better at than Ghanaians and there are some things Ghanaians are better than Nigerians. |
Goodysydney: and so what? Even the father of so called Ghanaian actress Yvonne Okoro is a Nigerian. But the truth is that an avarage Ghanaian hate anything Nigeria. How can you hate someone that you don't even know. I have never witness hatred from nigerian and I don't think there will even be a Nigerian on this thread that can say that they have witnessed hatred from a Ghanaian for being Nigerian. |
Let's see how many pages this thread gets. Both Nigerians and Ghanaians love those e wars. Reality is we are the closest two african countries but if read some of these threads you will think we are enemies. Luv my Nigerian bros and luv to poke fun at them. |
naija noni: Lmao.So goals is what is used to judge midfieldersAre we talking about career or right now. Career wise you can't compare the two Essien is far ahead of Mikel but if we are talking about right now Mikel is clearly better. |
mysticgal: °^^^^ol boy,our girls smoke cigar, and your sister sorry your girlfriend was pictured smoking exhaust pipe,so leave it at that,so take you nasty maggot infected hand off the fagging key!!!!board niccurIt's a fucking hookah is the new craze, so many people are doing it. |
gistmelove: lolzzzz badt guy.. hw u take knw?? see the rest of the family here...https://www.facebook.com/BadGalzClubLots of these are from Nigeria. I hope you do know that |
GH^KWAME:I did a local search on other countries and it was one or two sentences that had the country name in it but when it comes to Ghana there is always new topics and threads dedicated to Ghana. The only country that comes close to Ghana in terms of topics and threads is South Africa. Why does it have to be Ghana all the time. |
JNdupu: Jigga_man, I think you're a Ghanaian? The automatic instinct to defend our own is very commendable but could be counter-productive. This website has some nasty submissions that makes one lose hope for our race but dig deeper and you will find, in the main, people go out of their way to give help and advice freely to people they've never met.True, no one likes to spend their hard end money and on top of that get treated like crap; for that I feel for her and I understand her frustration. I am in no way denying her claims. I just think her situation was more about competency of the hotel management. I think race had nothing to do with it. |
