I think this is so miss placed. If you don't like their brand, don't buy it. Why does if feel like you are trying to run Tecno down so that your brand can grow? Neither you nor anyone else was forced to buy the phone. I still sell lots of Tecno phones everyday, despite the general conception about the brand.

But why is someone putting Samsung side by side with Xiaomi? who is Xiaomi sef? you guys are so carried away with marketing that you fail to be sincere with yourselves.

I sell and repair phones and the number of people demanding Tecno phones is huge. That is what they are familiar with and as a seller, i cant help but stock up my shop with Tecno phones.

The average person in Nigeria does not go online to check out the best models for their money..

They go with what they are most familiar with and the great majority of Nigerians don't know of Xiaomi,

Only those familiar with the brand will splurge good money for a used Xiaomi..

MOST will go for a used Galaxy..

Take it back to Tecno, they will fix it for you. Its high time we Nigerians started understanding stuff like warranty and validity period. If the phone is still within its warranty period, please take it back to them and they will surely fix it or resolve the issue.

I've been using this Camon 11 (3GB RAM, 32GB ROM variant) for about 3 months now and i have noticed it gets excessively hot at the top back, in the camera and fingerprint region upon just moderate usage (Music & browsing)...

Even as i'm typing this, I can barely touch the upper part of the phone cause of how hot it is...
Am I the only one experiencing this?

Tecno isn't sold in China. They decided to make Africa their target market. That is why i believe that Africa has huge potentials of becoming great, they see prospect Africa. VIVA Africa.

Lol, this OP isn't quite stable. State the issue with the phone and escalate to the manufacturers or engineers to fix.

Between making complains on nigeria land and tweeter, which is quicker? I'll rather tweet @ the brand, I believe tweeter is faster. I tweeted @Tecno sometime last week, with a complain, and they responded almost immediately.

Its really not by the amount of noise you make, its by prompt service delivery. I sell mobile phones and I can tell you that Nigerias make more request for Tecno phones than any other. As a sharp business man, I have to stock my shop with lots of Tecno phones, including the recently launched spark3. I cant explain this, but I think these buyers know what they want.

Xiaomi phones are good...my problem is with the fans. They've go too much sass and pride treating other brands especially the likes of Tecno and infinix with so much disdain..(funny thing is they start comparing Xiaomi with the likes of Samsung, Huawei and apple!!!...wtf!!....) You missed his point and he never said any one should bow to Tecno. He only say Xiaomi is overrated and overhyped. Tecno parts are easily accessible in Nigeria, where users can easily get their phones repaired on like Xiaomi. How do you explain that your phone gets spoilt and you have to import its parts or simply throw the phone away because the parts arent available? Thats too poor

My neighbour in my shop repairs phones and whenever customers make such complains, it almost always turns out to be either bad charger or spoilt charging port. mainwhile, i sell original charger in my shop and i can deliver to you anywhere you are.

I don't know why Tecno phones are like that. However, you should get original charger- Oriamo is what I'll recommend. If the situation persist, please you have to change that charging port.

Hmm, My tecno wx3p was stolen by someone who came to my shop to buy food, along with my 16gb memory card and airtel Sim. I had serious trouble while trying to retrieve my line. I was in serious frustration that I had to meet with an Alfa to help me find the thief. I payed the Alfa #2000 and also played the person that took me to the Alfa #500. After all said and done phone no gree come out o.....
