If I may ask, why is number of delegates from each state different? Why not same number across board?

To qualify as a delegate to a national convention, you must have held or still hold an elective office in the party, a position not lower than a member of the house of Rep or it equivalent.
Appointed ministers, previous or present, are also allowed in some parties.

OP. THIS REPORT IS FALSE.. I read this here on Nairaland this morning. He was arrested at a military base in Kaduna where he had been staying since.
