But there are lots of uncultivated lands everywhere... Even if they are not vast,, but they big enough to serve for some form of Agriculture, rather than being overgrown with weeds.

If there is a will,, then there must be a way.
Every land that doesn't have a building on it must be cultivated with either an ornamental plant, a perennial economic plants, or seasonal agricultural plants,, else, they should be marked and designated as reserved areas for animal grazing or husbandry, or reserved areas marked and noted by the government.

Therefore, either by taxes, or by Government Policies, Fallowed Lands, or lands overgrown with weeds (which are not marked and recognized as reserved areas for such purposes of fallowing) should be highly discouraged.

The reason why he mentioned the vast land in the north is because, compared to other places that has uncultivated lands they are number 1. If the land is cultivated properly, they alone can feed the entire country, who knows even export the excess. They have the most number of unemployed youths. Need I mention the poverty rate that would be reduced in the north when they cultivate the vast land??

Bolt, be your own boss. It might not be easy at first but give it a try. Meanwhile while on this bolt work, try to keep a good Offline relationship with the nice customers who might one day need your service one day.

I was duped of over 900k for Lithuania work permit visa.

This guy BESMAN CHIMEZIE OKENWA was once my flat mate in Dubai when I was still residing there. Suddenly he left and told us he has gotten a job in Sweden not know he want to venture into 419.

He left and message me with one Europe number via whatsapp that he is now in Sweden via work permit.

I trusted this guy being my friend and my flat mate for almost 2yrs not knowing he intentionally left Dubai to venture into 419 via his God father.

More than one year of dragging with him on social media. I have not been able to retrieve my money it was all excuse and promise till today.

I was frustrated at some point that I start to trail him him and his God father in ibo land on social media to expose their fraudulent act.

Later his God father NWATA ANAYOEZE message me and at first it was full of threat but later he calm down when he realized I do not reside in Nigeria. His God father made alot of promise that they will refund my money that I should stop exposing them online.

Please fellow nairalander any idea on how to get my money from this fraudsters.

This group of fellow and company claimed to be traveling agency and defraud people of their hard-earned money.

Kindly note that this fellow claim to have office in Dubai and close allied in Europe. Claiming they can help people secure Employment Visa in Europe with roughly 1.5million naira.

During the process they will send fraudulent document claiming it is from one Embassy in Europe. and even end up collecting money for fraudulent document translation and DHL shipment fee.

Generally public should kindly disregards any travel agency claiming they can process EMPLOYMENT VISA to Europe as the easiest means of migration to Europe is via study.

Only a daft person will believe what the government said.
