Jobs/Vacancies / What Makes A Good Cv? Let Us Rewrite Your Cv by jobberland: 8:24am On Dec 27, 2015
A CV is a report on the applicant's life
A CV (curriculum vitae) is the single most important and most used document in job seeking, and extra effort should be put into it. A good CV is logical and written specifically for the job you are applying for.
A CV is a report on the applicant's life. It contains all the necessary information about the applicant, from personal details to education and work experience, so that the recruiter needs only to glance through it. A CV must be short and concise. You should always update your CV for the job you are applying for by emphasising the characteristics that were highlighted in the announcement. Do not exaggerate your expertise, but do not underestimate your abilities either.

Clarity is the key to a good CV! Unusual features should not be used just to stand out. All styles and formatting used must make the CV clearer and more readable, not the opposite. There are a number of good, established CV layout conventions which should be followed unless you have a very good reason not to.

Send your full details with subject (CV REWITE ) To jeffrey55jones@gmail.com OR admin@jobberland.com.ng

Your welcome. It would be an insult to allow your CV to hold you back.

If i must let you know
#Poverty is the parent of revolution and crime.
#When you give to the poor they call you a saint, configured with praises and when you ask why so many are poor, they call you a communist.
#Being unwanted, unloved, uncared for, forgotten by everybody, I think that is a much greater hunger, a much greater poverty than the person who has nothing to eat.”
#Poverty is the worst form of violence.

#An empty stomach is not a good political adviser.
#If the misery of the poor be caused not by the laws of nature, but by our institutions, great is our sin.
#Once poverty is gone, we'll need to build museums to display its horrors to future generations. They'll wonder why poverty continued so long in human society - how a few people could live in luxury while billions dwelt in misery, deprivation and despair.
#Anyone who has ever struggled with poverty knows how extremely expensive it is to be poor. Give poverty a trial and be convince experimentally.

NYSC / 10 Reasons Why You're Still Looking For A Job by jobberland: 9:59pm On Dec 13, 2015
According to Job research analysis, MOST Nigerian and foreign Recruiters/ HR only spend three to four minutes
reading a prospective employee’s CV.

In other words, it’s imperative for job hunters
to make sure their resume stands out.

The survey of 2,000 Employers by Nigerians New
Center of the Humanities found that
thousands of people will ruin their chance of
employment by making a series of blunders on
their CV.
So, to help you stand the best chance possible,
here’s the top 10 list of bosses’ bugbears to
avoid...

1. Typos and grammatical errors (such as
‘your’ instead of ‘you’re’ or ‘there’ instead of
‘their’)
2. Overly casual tone (keep it professional,
folks)
3. Use of jargon and clichés (don’t tell a boss
you’d be “over the moon” to work for the
firm)
4. A CV more than two pages in length (keep
it short and sweet - don't send him/her to
sleep)
5. Snazzy and unfriendly borders and backgrounds (simplicity
is key)
6. Writing in the third person (make sure you
refer to yourself as “I”)

7. Inclusion of clip art or emojis (save this for
messaging your mates – not a prospective
boss or employer)

8. The use of cringe-worthy quotes (“As
Ghandi once said...” will irk more than excite)

9. Unprofessional email address
(lardyboozer@hotmail.com wouldn’t stand a
chance)
10. Unconventional font (steer clear of Comic
Sans and Curlz) very common among job seekers.

Writing a good CV or resume is a real art. It is also one of the most tactical documents you may ever need.

With a continually changing employment market and the request for obtainable roles increasing, it has become even more authoritative that your CV and cover letter has the ‘X Factor’ and meets the competencies of the role.

Having a professionally written CV could well be the best investment you make in your future.

If you are struggling to justify the expenditure and you feel you ‘should’ be able to write your own CV (we hear this often), think of it like this:

Would you expect to do your own plumbing? Or electrical work? If you are doing renovations on your house, surely you would engage the services of an architect, designer and /or builder?

If you want to buy a new motorcycle bike, car or fancy home appliance, chances are you would buy through a specialist who understands exactly what is available in the market and what best suits your needs.

If you are out of work for weeks, or even months, what is this cost to you? Not just in monetary terms but also the bigger picture of health, wellbeing, family and self esteem.

If you have been applying for jobs week after week, month after month without any success, chances are something isn’t quite right.

Sometimes it can be something very small that puts potential recruiters off, other times there can be multiple problems within your current CV or letter.

This is where we can help with a well written CV. Let’s Rewrite Your CV for you! you will love it!!

Alternatively send your CV To US IN MS-WORD Format for a free CV APPRAISAL!! THANKS
