Please, what do you meant by "Forget all this propaganda on this group" and then "there's always a female thing in this applications"?
nana06:
Reporting live from my center...
PhD...
Forget all this propaganda on this group....
U may think you have it all or less...
But just master your proposal...
And pray for grace...
Personally, one Igbo man was bombarding and almost threw me off balance but the Hausa man the chief interviewer liked my topic and most times came to my rescue....
Like I stated earlier, grace differs and there's always a female thing in this applications...

May grace and mercy speak for us all

Please don't ask me my center...

Please don't bother asking me my center

It seems you didn't clearly understand the first clause of my advice ---> "To be on the safest side,..." Oga, the way you were interviewed is different from that of others, even at the same interview centre. On my own interview date, some of the applicants, who came with just a copy came out, after their interview, to tell others yet to go in to go in with about 3-5 copies of the SoP, even if you uploaded yours. Mind you that every interview group (Engineering, Environmental, Computing, etc) have different number of people making up the panel. For my group, I met 3 people as the panel and I came with 4 copies of my SoP, and I handed everything to them, although they gave it back to me after the interview. This is not about "wasting money", I see it as more of being on the safest side. Little things like this could mean a whole lot to the panel. More so, in some centres, secondary school awards were accepted, while they were rejected (during my own interview) in my centre for my group. So, referring to the person that asked the question, you can now draw your conclusion from this.
Fremaxx:
I did mine without printing the sop. They have the sop you uploaded on the site. If you didn't upload it then you have to submit a printed copy. Don't go and waste your money to print 5 copies. When I did the interview, I saw people's sop as a waste on the table.
EducationRe: Apply 2019/2020 PTDF Scholarship In France, Germany And UK by JOD1: 10:29pm On May 02, 2019
To be on the safest side, just go with about 5 printed copies of that.
SorbariIgbiri:
Guys.. plsss are they using the uploaded SOP or we need to print and make photocopies?? pls kindly respond... is it same with proposal for PhD?? we just need a little guide plss guys..

24 marks for both second class upper and second class lower? I think there should be a different score for each of the two; they can't have the same score.
Saimeritus:
Good luck to you too,
For this year, the scoring grade for MSC is
First class - 30 marks, (second class - 24 marks)
Sop - 25 marks
Award - 10 marks
Publication - 5 marks
O level - 30 marks.
Making - 100 marks.

Please, any need for photocopies? Or they just need to see only the original copies?
EducationRe: Apply 2019/2020 PTDF Scholarship In France, Germany And UK by JOD1: 1:15pm On Apr 29, 2019
Okay. Please, any need for photocopies? Or do they need to see only the original copies?
Enwayi:
Don't bother yourselves about the SOP. Remember that before the interview invite we have done our application and uploaded our SOP This time around there was just a mixup in the information, we were not ment to do another uploading of documents we were just ment to click on our pin and update our choice of interview center. So basically PTDF are working with the very first application we did.

As regards the evaluation criteria, I think that it might not be different from that of last year. However, we will get to know better by Monday next week. So, those for Monday will tell better after the interview.

Please, it's advisable that you go with copies of your Research Proposal and/or Statement of Purpose.
Moonie:
A she not a he. I had to check her out cos I was wondering where is this one from? She has never contributed to this thread all along and all of a sudden comes here to misinform. I doubt she even applied. Her major contributions here are often on the Romance section so let no one lose sleep about her. She is probably seeking attention. And she has got a handful now. Lets now ignore her and keep our eyes on the goal. Cheers guys.

Btw:
Has anyone noticed they didn't ask us to bring hard copies of our proposal and statement? I think they seem more organized now especially by asking CGPA and all. Is there a different system of evaluation? The helpline told me the panelists would download my parchment from the system. Any informed person?
EducationRe: Apply 2019/2020 PTDF Scholarship In France, Germany And UK by JOD1: 7:37am On Apr 27, 2019
Hello!

Please, for the Statement of Purpose, do we write it as if we're applying directly to those universities of our choice OR as stated by PTDF during the application cum selection process?

Thank you.
