Now that all countries have been combined, will that quota still prevail? Last year, Germany/France/China application process were separated from UK, but this year, the unusual happened. In fact, there is no China this year, I wonder why it was removed.

I'll advice the person should not re-schedule. A beneficiary of this scholarship (last year - UK) told me assigning dates for candidates is a strategy to screen out people. They know some people might not be convenient with their day of interview.

I participated in last year's interviews. From my experience the dates are flexible. You will be interviewed any of the days within the slated period. I'd advise the individual to first communicate with PTDF through their Help Desk lines that were clearly stated on the PTDF Scholarship Management Portal.

While Senator can be considered "Formal", you probably don't want to look different on the day. Besides you cannot tell for sure how the panelists would react to it; I am sure you don't want to paint any disadvantageous impression upon entering the interview room.

The only advise i can give is to wear a corporate wear; and if you can get a suit, better.

Please print at least 3 copies your statement of purpose with your name written on them and take to the venue of the interview. They never state that in the invite but they always request for it.

I don't know where you see your data from, please check the ptdf website to verify. This is not NNPC application where millions of people applied!

Lmao 1.5m where? there are loads of people with MScs already and those who are not interested in the scholarship opportunity. The number is similar to those who applied last year and it was largely on merit. Ofcourse you may know a few people who got it through man know man but PTDF has shown in the past few years that it is a credible and fair process

A she not a he. I had to check her out cos I was wondering where is this one from? She has never contributed to this thread all along and all of a sudden comes here to misinform. I doubt she even applied. Her major contributions here are often on the Romance section so let no one lose sleep about her. She is probably seeking attention. And she has got a handful now. Has anyone noticed they didn't ask us to bring hard copies of our proposal and statement? I think they seem more organized now especially by asking CGPA and all. Is there a different system of evaluation? The helpline told me the panelists would download my parchment from the system. Any informed person?
