Most commenters probably from fellow dealers and well wishers have chosen to stubbornly ignore the true status of the argument.

Coming from someone who prides himself and doesn't spare reminding whoever cares to know how long he has been in this business and knows the nitty gritty of it, should not be in this mess at all.

Calculusx is the one bringing himself down with his own hands and with the help of the bad gang members.

THE POINT IS HE TAGGED THE ADVERT AS ACCIDENT FREE, and he has stated that he knew it was a rebuilt title. OK, TO THE MORONS, THE REBUILT TITLE WAS BUILT FROM WHAT EXACTLY. This is a clear and classic case of intentional misrepresentation of status of vehicle.

If you don't understand the concept then I feel sorry for Nigerians. It is clearly stated that the car was involved in a SEVERE and DISABLING ACCIDENT, which he is aware of before being rebuilt. Yet he tagged it as accident free.

Continue to avoid the main issue and keep on directing people to the Corolla thread, both cases shows one thing, MISREPRESENTATION OF TRUE CONDITION OF VEHICLE BEING ADVERTISED.

Fishing, Hauptmann & co who are unbiased third party observers have gone through all these episodes and adviced you with good intentions to resolve all this amicably, but it still seems to be falling on deaf ears. FestacGirl, gazmann & co are only leading you farther from self restitution.

Lie You people will never cease to amaze me. If I had not come up with proof of Purchase from Copart on April 30th he would have said I bought the Car from IAAI going by the Picture he showed up there. I will never take him serious anymore. I will sleep like a bouncing baby tonight

I'll repeat again if you didn't understand my last post before this one now on this same thread. Your advert says Accident free Camry and you also stated clean title. So the point once again is that you should be about 99.99% sure from further investigation/verification carried out before you tag your advert wrongly which could be mis-leading. Buying the car from Copart does not make it accident free.

I don't know why you have refused to get the logic or message highlighted.

And like I still said before, you're attracting undue attention to yourself for scrutiny.. If you know, you know, a word is enough for the wise. Acknowledge f**k ups, apologize appropriately, take and make the necessary corrections and work on your responses to criticism cos it could hinder or destroy....

Don't change tone. What you guys don't know let the person in the know educate you. When I was explaining to you all on the Corolla thread about something like this happening you all turned deaf ears and labbell me all sort of Names. Thank GOD he brought this upon himself tonight. I have NEVER taken what doesn't belong to me neither will I rip people off. Is it not funny to you that the same mileage that appeared when the Vehicle was sold in IAAI 5 months ago was the same mileage reported on Copart 5 months after?What does that tells you? I think I deserve an Apology from all of you sef. I will confirm from my Agent if this Vehicle has not been taken to Port yet so he can send me more Pictures. He drove the Car using his Dealer Plate for more than 1 week after he took possession of it just to confirm everything is right.

The point here is not about the status at the final point of purchase but that you indicated in your advert that the vehicle is clean title and accident free without proper investigation and verification of vehicle history to determine the correct and appropriate tag to give the vehicle in your advert.

Assuming you posted and indicated a rebuilt title from a previous severe/disabling recorded accident and stated that you thoroughly checked and can confirm that car is repaired to standard and good to go then I don't think there would have been any issues or red flags to raise.

That being said don't be too quick to lash out at criticism all the time, but learn how to respond humbly and politely every time, this is my best advice to you. If you noticed you arrogantly brought this X-ray activities on your dealings by your attitude.
