If he wants the team to give it's all he has to show that passion. We don't have a team of winners and superstars, just 2-4 real talented players and the rest average Joe. What should keep them going, performing, is the passion, knowing that they have to leave their all on the pitch. It's OK if the Madrid, Barca, City or other top clubs and spenders play us off the park but not these average and even below average teams when all they have got for them is the passion. Jose should know that he does not have a team of galaticos so he should be on their neck, breathing fire. Even SAF at his old age won't stomach these kind of performance. I'm sure he will be yelling his head off at players, referees, opposition coaches and players.

If we play really well against these average teams and play badly against some of the top teams, I wouldn't be so concerned. But we make huddersfield and the likes look like barca

It's the pathetic display from the players and lack of passion to inspire the team against these farmers from the manager that annoys. He can sit against the big teams all he wants but against this small teams, he should motivate them to feel ashamed being dominated by them.

Results is more important right now that creating a template for the next few years to some people which is understandable considering where we are coming from. But when the quality of football on display is just so pathetic every match day especially against teams with far lesser quality in every department of the team, we need to get worried. The worst part is when the team can't play as a team and the manager just sits there expressionless. WTF is he feeling like? He should get to the stand and shout sense into those players head. The team is not playing as a unit and the manager himself is in his own world.

The commentators had a conversation that made me laugh yesterday. When the camera's panned on Mourinho, one of them joked, "he looks calm and doesn't seem troubled by how poor the team has looked so far", the other replied "He's cut a much calmer figure since he became the United manager but i am not buying any of it, he's just putting up an act" and the main commentator said He deserves an Oscar as he's been like this for quite some time. Therein lies the problem. He now wants to be seen as some passive manager who looks for no one's trouble. Trying to be cool and showing a calm demeanor most of the time but in our eyes that's not the Mourinho we used to know. Maybe old age is creeping up as old managers are fund of this habit as they get older as we saw with LVG but it's just not his way and these players are only a reflection of the managers passivity,as we also saw with LVG's teams.. No bite, just game after game of boring manageable football.

2 seasons and we are still second best against any decent team.. sigh

BREAKING: Aguero to face no action over Wigan fan fracas.

Sergio Aguero will face no punishment from the Football Association for his role in a fracas with Wigan fans following Monday night's FA Cup clash,
Goal has learned.
The FA have been in discussions with Manchester City and Wigan throughout Tuesday, and sources have told Goal that the governing body have recently informed Aguero that he will not be charged.
Hundreds of Wigan supporters flooded the pitch after their side knocked City out of the FA Cup at the DW Stadium, something which is also under investigation.
Aguero was approached by a small number of fans and was seen jostling with them, seemingly after being provoked, before he was pulled away from the scene.
Sources have told Goal that City and Aguero are considering legal action against one fan, who they allege hit the striker, spat at him and said "suck my d***'.
Goal reported earlier on Tuesday that the FA would be studying footage of the incident, captured either by broadcasters or supporters, to establish the facts.
They have since decided that Aguero does not have a case to answer, and have conveyed that message to City's lawyers.
