This Pogba issue is so confusing sometimes i argue for and against his positioning all at the same time. I think the best way out is for Mourinho to just give the headline seeking dude a small chance to influence games higher up the pitch in the left of a midfield 3. Players like Pogba want to be talked about for assists, long range goals etc. Maybe pushing up front for 3 to 4 games just to see how it pans out would not be bad. If it turns out great, then we might have found what we've been craving for since we got him, if not we shove him in some sunken place and hope Madrid come collect him at any price in the summer.

Pogba ain't effective pairing Matic as DMs. Pogba needs to play in 3-Man midfield - perhaps on the left Side in an inverted pyramid Shape or free Role in a pyramid Shape.

He can play along with Mata on the Right side and Matic at the Base in an inverted pyramid Shape or with Herrera and Matic behind him in a pyramid Shape.

Sanchez is a top-class Player, and I'm confident he can play anywhere in the Front Line with ease and superbly, hence he should be played as RWF, Martial as LWF while Lukaku leads the Line.

Thus, I suggest JM shouldn't be too rigid like Conte. He needs to change the Formation to 4 - 3 - 3 to accommodate both Martial and Sanchez in the same Lineup as well as twist the Tactics to real attacking Football.

The real reason why so many fans are torn on Mourinho imo is that this team possesses no consistency in performances. It's as if the media bashing after a scandalous loss or series of losses propels them to a few wins here and there that gets everybody raving and then all the praises gets them so high and distracted before another series of losses. Mourinho is not tactically inept, that as much is proven in several games this season and in our football compared to LVG and Moyes. What he now lacks or seems to be losing is his man management skills. Getting the best out of players match after match seems to be a big problem now. Sometimes i look at the likes of Lingard and Pogba and their antics and i can tell these guys let the good times get into their head too much...There just seems to be no restraint and an ahead to the next game mentality with these guys. The likes we use to see with Keane, Vidic, Ferdinand, Rooney and co. For those guys it was always get to the end before celebrating like idiots and it's what's happening across town in Manchester currently. How many clubs in the top 6 have our players behaving like teenagers like some of ours do? Was it not some days back the other one was tweeting rubbish on a day for remembrance and had to cover up with social media team excuse. Mourinho needs to toughen up this team. I have seen United play players in strange positions and they deliver 10/10 performances. Fergie Did that so many times to amazing effect, so using were Pogba plays, martial plays is sort of lying to ourselves. These guys aren't tough mentally and i hope Mourinho gives them some hairdrier treatment so they can sit up, stop sulking and give us great performances wherever they find themselves. Atleast i know the manager cannot be so bad to play them purposely in their weakest areas if they haven't tried it in training. The only question now is does Mourinho still posses that ability?

Conte and Mourinho are crap managers. Defensively minded managers may be remembered for their trophies but not for their dire football. Even before now Mourinho's team were not the top side against big teams. It was always a smash and grab and against small teams they manage to play some football.. Now against big teams, the smash and grab doesn't even work, they are clueless and helpless against small teams. From the beginning of the season, we have not looked like a team out to be dominant in this league. I remember us saying we can't even score pass 4 and all because of the managers crap mindset of we've won, lets leave it at that. City are scoring 5, 6 and now we are still looking for 1 goal away to nick a draw against a pisspoor relegation candidate while 16 points adrift. If City goes on to win this league by up to 19+ points gap, they should just call a meeting at the end of the season and declare that the BPL has been scrapped.

Lethargic, embarrassing and sickening. How have we gotten here? From the United that will smash teams and attack relentlessly to a United that can only boast of how many goals the opponent can't score us. Mourinho is a sh1t manager (yes i said it) and i don't know if he had an ECG but i am sure something has gone completely wrong upstairs. It's as if his team don't play for him anymore. Where's the desire to fight for a win and give us a decent last part of the season? Why is the tactics not even clear whenever we go away?
