cattle grazing is deferent from cattle sales, warning they can sell cattle's in all the 36 States in their cattle market but not to start rearing or grazing cattle's in the southern states its not acceptable.

the north is big enough to carter for their cattle if we must tell ourselves the truth. they claimed that they own 85% land mass with the fake Nigeria map. and yet the north is not enough for cattles this calls for problems. they are gradually pushing towards the South.

if we want to buy cattle we will call them and buy from them. but to start rearing or grazing cattle in our land the south is not acceptable.

we found ourselves in this mess because many governors are Fulani a.ss lickers. more governors like fayosa and mimiko is needed.

APC don't have a manifesto and they are misleading Nigerians, when a government don't have a concrete manifesto to work with it definitely crash land. a presidential administrative and its political partly needs a manifesto to work with. a manifesto is allowed to have a plan A, B, C and even D. with a working manifesto the bright future can easily be predicted.

but what we have experience in the past one year even a prophet of doom can easily predict doom & failure for this administration. my worried is that its already too late and if it can be corrected which I doubt.

APC's Manifesto, Unrealistic And Full Of Deceit - PDP.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has described the
manifesto of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as
unrealistic, saying it is meant to deceive and misdirect the
electorates.

According to the ruling party, the opposition’s promise to
pay N5, 000 monthly stipend each to 25 million poor
Nigerians would amount to N125 billion monthly and N1.5
trillion every year. At a press conference in Abuja on
Wednesday, the National Publicity Secretary of the PDP,
Chief Olisa Metuh, said this cannot be achieved, given the
poor state of the nation’s economy and dwindling oil
revenue.“What is baffling is that the APC knows fully well
that this is not only unrealistic but also impracticable in a
nation with an estimated budget of N4.69 trillion
comprising recurrent and capital expenditures yet they
continue to dish it out to unsuspecting citizens in a clear
bid to mislead.

“Since its formation about two years ago, the APC has
introduced and sustained an unfortunate political streak
sustained majorly by lies, character assassination, false
alarm, wild allegations, and lately visual simulation, all in
the desperation to deceive and misdirect the judgment of
the electorates.

“We have with us an opposition party, which has been
deploying all manner of schemes to derail and compromise
the electoral process. Today, if the APC is not instigating
violence or threatening democracy and our very existence
as a nation, the party is busy procuring criminal hi-tech to
hack into INEC’s data-base or clone the Permanent Voters
Card (PVC).

“The next day, the same party would connive with some
unscrupulous electoral officers to deny non-indigenes in
some selected States their PVCs while busy making bogus
promises to the electorates,” Metuh said. The PDP also
faulted what it described as the opposition’s promise to
create 740, 000 direct jobs in each of the 36 states of the
federation and the Federal Capital Territory within one
year, with one million jobs for Igbo youths within the same
period.

Continuing, Metuh said: “The APC has also promised to
provide free education, daily free meals for millions of
Nigerian school children, free tertiary education, free
health care and free houses to Nigerians. The opposition
knows too well that this is unrealistic yet they prefer to
brandish falsehood.
.

“The APC should explain to Nigerians how they would
fulfill their promises with the prevailing 40 per cent drop in
national income and dwindling oil price in the international
market. “

PoliticsRe: APC Don't Have A Manifestos Or Footprint, They Are Misleading Nigerians by Joel3(op): 2:05pm On May 23, 2016
before the election let compare the two promises Jonathan & Buhari made.
JONATHAN

The presidential candidate of the ruling PDP, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan anchors his campaign for the 2015 election on continuation of his transformation agenda, which he clearly articulated in 2011. The thrust of his new manifesto is more of consolidation of his modest achievements since he assumed office on May 29, 2011.

JOB CREATION The Jonathan administration is going to take job creation serious. With a promise of two million jobs per annum, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has promised to check the growth rate of unemployment.

AGRICULTURE With the current growth of agriculture at seven to eight per cent, according to official figures, President Jonathan has pledged to sustain the ongoing reforms in the sector.

GROWING THE ECONOMY President Goodluck Jonathan has also assured he would sustain the growth of Africa’s largest economy. The Federal Government hopes to expand the rebased economy and ensure real growth despite the challenges of dwindling oil revenue. The PDP-led government has also pledged to continue to diversify the economy.

INFRASTRUCTURE President Jonathan promised to address the infrastructure deficit in the country in key development areas such as power, transportation, housing, information communication technology (ICT), FCT and Niger Delta. From the PDP manifesto, the revitalization, modernization and expansion of the rails as well as road rehabilitation are part of work to be done in this sector.

POWER In its transformation agenda that covers the power sector, the Jonathan administration promised to invest about N1.896 trillion to improve this infrastructure. And with the successes his regime flaunts, Jonathan has now pledged to increase generation and distribution of electricity if re- elected on March 28, 2015.
Interestingly, the present administration claims it has generated more electricity than any past government with over 4,500 MW. According to the president, generation transmission lines also increased from 3,000km to 6,500km. In the years ahead, the President assures things would get better.

EDUCATION Education is also a major issue in the PDP manifesto. The Jonathan administration has, therefore, resolved to fund the sector adequately. The PDP government equally desires to increase school enrolment, especially at the primary level and create more access to education through creative funding of schools.

HEALTH SECTOR The thrust of President Jonathan’s manifesto in the health sector is the National Strategic Health Development Plan (NSHDP). He has also promised to pursue policies and programmes to achieve the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and the Vision 20:2020.

WOMEN AND YOUTH EMPOWERMENT Gender equality is also given priority in Jonathan’s campaign. He has, therefore, assured Nigerians that women would even get more 35 per cent of appointments in his cabinet so as to close the yawning gap between them and men. Youths would also continue to benefit from the various empowerment programmes like the SURE-P and Youwin.

MUHAMMADU BUHARI

Anti-corruption, National Security top BUHARI’s agenda FOR the APC presidential candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari, his major campaign promises are more like a covenant with Nigerians to enable him bring about the change they desire. And here is Buhari’s agenda if he wins the 2015 presidential election.

CORRUPTION The mantra of anti-corruption resonates in General Buhari’s manifesto.
“I believe if Nigeria does not kill corruption, corruption will kill Nigeria,” he declared.
He said he would publicly declare his assets if elected president and wage serious anti-corruption war against culprits through a National Anti-Corruption Strategy. Access to justice and respect for fundamental human rights. The APC presidential candidate equally pledged to run a government that protects citizens’ fundamental human rights. In fact, he said he would lead a government founded on values that promote and protect these rights synonymous with democracy.

INSURGENCY AND SECURITY Buhari also pledged to take the issue of security serious. He promised that under his watch, no force, external or internal will overtake even an inch of Nigerian soul. He also assured he would rescue the Chibok girls.
In summary, General Buhari said he would deliver a marshal plan on insurgency, terrorism, ethnic and religious violence and rural banditry.

HEALTH On health, Buhari has a Health Sector Review Policy to ensure health for all Nigerians irrespective of their status.

EDUCATION Buhari has also vowed to restore the lost glory of education by implementing reforms that would bring quality back into schools. He would also position tertiary institutions to provide market-relevant skills to youths as well as improve school enrolment.

AGRICULTURE Agriculture is equally a priority in the APC manifesto. He hopes that the sector would be a major revenue earner as oil prices fall.

INCLUSIVE ECONOMY In his covenant with Nigerians, General Buhari acknowledges that millions of Nigerians live below poverty level. So, his Presidency aspires to benefit majority of the people through a better management of the economy.

BUILDING REFINERIES General Buhari has also promised to reform the oil sector, build four refineries and unbundle the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), if elected President.

I'm sure if the present government had toyed with the idea of dialoguing with BH, a precedent that must never be set, you'll be the first to cry foul. It's a good thing they were crushed to send home the message.

Crude oil militants (who are terrorists as well) have been negotiated with by the Nigerian government before, a move that only cuts the foliage but not the roots, hence the resurgence of such in the name of NDA when it became apparent that free money in form of amnesty is no more.
sorry i can't go into argument with your. Jonathan called for boko haram dialogue several times even the sympathetic North who says it's as a result of poverty and abandonment by Federal Government even when this states have governors. what happened? did any boko haram comes out for dialogue? they wan to impose caliphate. they are terrorist. bye.

when people say fiscal or whatever federalism. first we need to defined federalism.

noun (plural federalisms)system of national government in which power is divided between acentral authority and a number ofregions with delimited self-governing authority.Advocacy of such a system.
let also look what democracy have to say

noun (plural democracies)(uncountable) Rule by the people, especially as a form of government; either directly or through elected representatives (representative democracy).countable government A governmentunder the direct or representative rule of the people of its jurisdiction.(uncountable) Belief in political freedom and equality; the "spirit of democracy".
but will have in Nigeria is militarism under disguise as federalism and democracy. we are subject to our militarism rules where democracy and federalism is subdued out of greed. the poor northerners don't benefit from the Niger Delta oil likewise the Niger Delta people. but a few selected elite who won't let go of the resource will surly overrides any decision for resource control

noun (plural militarists)One who believes in the use of military force.

Efforts to recruit allies who share similar goals (communists, anarchists). Attempts to indoctrinate children to Islamist viewpoint. Increased efforts to intimidate, silence and eliminate non-Muslims. Efforts to introduce blasphemy and hate laws in order to silence critics. Continued focus on enlarging Muslim population by increasing Muslim births and immigration. Use of charities to recruit supporters and fund jihad. Covert efforts to bring about the destruction of host society from within. Development of Muslim political base in non-Muslim host society. Islamic Financial networks fund political growth, acquisition of land. Highly visible assassination of critics aimed to intimidate opposition. Tolerance of non-Muslims diminishes. Greater demands to adopt strict Islamic conduct. Clandestine amassing of weapons and explosives in hidden locations. Overt disregard/rejection of non-Muslim society’s legal system, culture. Efforts to undermine and destroy power base of non-Muslim religions including and especially Jews and Christians.

STAGE 3: OPEN WAR w/ LEADERSHIP & CULTURE
Open violence to impose Sharia law and associated cultural restrictions; rejection of host government, subjugation of other religions and customs. Intentional efforts to undermine the host government & culture. Acts of barbarity to intimidate citizens and foster fear and submission. Open and covert efforts to cause economic collapse of the society. All opposition is challenged and either eradicated or silenced. Mass execution of non-Muslims. Widespread ethnic cleansing by Islamic militias. Rejection and defiance of host society secular laws or culture. Murder of “moderate” Muslim intellectuals who don’t support Islamization. Destruction of churches, synagogues and other non-Muslim institutions. Women are restricted further in accordance with Sharia law. Large-scale destruction of population, assassinations, bombings. Toppling of government and usurpation of political power. Imposition of Sharia law

STAGE 4: Totalitarian ISLAMIC “THEOCRACY” Islam becomes the only religious-political-judicial-cultural ideology. Sharia becomes the “law of the land. All non-Islamic human rights cancelled. Enslavement and genocide of non-Muslim population. Freedom of speech and the press eradicated. All religions other than Islam are forbidden and destroyed. Destruction of all evidence of non-Muslim culture, populations and symbols in country (Buddhas, houses of worship, art, etc). Non-Muslims are considered Najis (unclean) on same level as human excrement, pigs, and dogs according to Islam. In Islamic law all Non-Muslims are inherently guilty of committing the crime of not believing in Allah, which is punishable by death. According to Islam all Non-Muslim women are the property and right hand possessions of Muslim men to be used as Melk al-Yamin (sex slaves) by Muslim men. According to Islam all Non-Muslim lands are Dar ul-Harb (land of war) countries that are to be attacked until they are conquered by Islam. According to Islam the whole world belongs to Islam, the Kufar (infidels) have no right to exist on Allah's Earth. Muslims will bring up Crusades to make Christians feel guilty or pretend to be Non-Muslims defending Islam, this is called Taquiyya or Kitman which is lying to the infidel to further the cause of Islam. Muslims killed by infidels while waging Jihad on infidels are considered Shahids (martyrs) and will have the highest place in Jannat (heaven) according to Islam. In fact being a Shahid is the only guaranteed way to get into heaven, for everyone else it is a gamble. STOP ISLAM NOW, SAVE THE WORLD!

PoliticsRe: Why Grazing Bill Should Be Stopped by Joel3(m):
nice topic and nice observation, it was preplanned, the Fulani were to be sent to the rich Niger Delta region where the oil is. then they will later send more Fulani's and underage women to start producing people like chicken in the oil rich region. this immigrants will start having clashes with indigenous Niger Delta people and claims their oil. Buhari should have known by now that this is 2016 and people are more wiser. the people who helped package this man during election were not able to packed him further, more like the woof in sheep clothing. Osinbajo has committed unforgivable sins for running thus government with a tyrant who is a militarist. and still believe in stone aged. Islam might achieve their globalization with the ignorance and costly mistake by world powers. the earlier will know that this people are not peaceful the better for the rest of the world.

this was the same allegations raise against the previous government in price of fuel. so if government failed in is responsibility the citizen suffers. this only happens in Africa. people who once had 1 million in their bank account. this current inflation has slashed the value to half a million. private operating business people will only end up creasing the price for goods and service. only salary earners suffer the most in inflation.

PoliticsRe: Fuel Hike Illogical, Says David-west by Joel3(m): 9:12am On May 18, 2016
I wrote this article on the right to law concerning freedom of speech and not intentionally to attack any persons or political party but for the interest and well being of Nigerians and to protect this country against fraudulent activities. if any persons or group of persons find this not true or not accurate. then they can come out clean with reply to explain or correct the wrong impression.

And I start. sometime ago the sanusi leadership of CBN stop banks from paying dollars to citizens. this is what I called a monopolise foreign currency economy. even when money is sent to Nigeria in dollars the bank would simply pay the recipient in the imposed naira equivalent by the CBN. this was the beginning of the era when dollars became scarce in the Nigeria market.

small private owned bureau de change were the biggest hit by this CBN policy. poor bureau de change who relied so much on dollars from common Nigerian citizens packed out of business. those who use to buy dollars from citizens who received foreign remittance had to find alternate sources for dollars and this mark the beginning when dollars rise upward in the black market.

The official price on the dollar is a scam and of what use? since the citizens cannot obtain it officially from bank or neither the CBN except they go through the black market.

This is not only a cheat to the masses by the CBN but also causes inflation. A monopoly currency trade is a fraudulent activities where only the elite and those opportune to determine the price in black market.

I received a foreign remittance and I need to pay tithe in the said foreign currency. What happened? The bank refuse to pay me with the foreign currency rather they pay me in local currency equivalent impose by the CBN. and I had to go to black market to buy back the same foreign currency in exorbitant price. The bank and CBN sells my foreign currency to the bureau de change they make a lot if proceed from this scam..

Thanks to Nigerians who stays and work in abroad, as they said there is no country in the world where you can't find Nigerians. Rate this with our traveling spirit.

These people contributed very well enough to our foreign exchange. If you go to all the bank right now, you will be amazed with the numbers of queue from people who want to receive foreign remittance. This happens on daily basis.

foreign remittance from friends and family and including yahoo boys account of 40% of our foreign currency in circulation. in 2015 the World bank and CIA spy on foreign remittances index shows Nigeria is the number 1 of highest remittance
Received.

The so-called oil proceeds every year is been loted and taken back to foreign countries by our politicians.

many people think that the peg on our naira to dollars is for the interest of the public, but that its not true. If the CBN allows bank to pay citizens in dollars. The market force will determine the price on the black market.

As I was Told. The CBN Chiefs has a bureau de change outlet. the policy makers (referees) also plays the midfield, more like they award contract to themselves. They simply collect peoples dollars at N199 they impose and sold it back to the people at N320.

I also read it somewhere that our President wife is now operating a bureau de change. Wake up Nigeria how long will you continued to be fooled.

As this policy remains there will be no change but rather it will get worst and expect more inflation. Not until this policy is reversed and let bank start paying people in dollars for foreign remittance. There well be enough dollars to go round and this will stabilize the forex market.
