one thing I can recur when buhari take over. all of a sudden the whole refinery was working 80% capacity. then itsl was buhari body odor or language. but what happened now to these refineries? I saw Hausa a.boki raining curse on buhari. then I know this thing is getting serious. buhari popularity in the north has dropped drastically he only has 3 years more to do something. I just pity him and APC. |
.as they say. there is trick behind every magic. if not why don't he command money to appear and be the most Africa riches man. but yet he is after the little change people would offer him. |

Remember, seemingly random erections are normal and no reason for concern, and odds are that no one has noticed anyway. Take a few deep breaths, and keep calm. Worrying about your erection can cause you to focus even more on it and make it more difficult to end. i) That said, anxiety can actually be to your benefit in ending an erection. Stress causes a "fight or flight" reaction in the body, which includes the redistribution of blood towards the arms and legs. Drawing blood away from your genitals can help end your erection. i) So, the best advice may be not to worry about having an erection, but feel free to worry about other things that may distract and deflate your problem. |
https://s17.postimg.org/nplxo9wz3/10323.png 5. Masturbate. When it comes down to it, the most effective way to end an erection is to bring it to its natural conclusion. Barring a medical condition, ejaculation almost invariably causes an erection to end. Discreetly excuse yourself from the situation and find a private area: a bathroom, a bedroom, or anywhere else you feel sure that you won't disturb anyone. Do your business, clean up, and return to the situation relieved and ready to go. Avoid masturbating in public. If you do find yourself in a public place with an erection, find somewhere relatively private to do your thing. A lockable bathroom stall will do in a pinch, as long as you aren't loud or obvious about what you're doing. Public masturbation is illegal in many places, and you might disturb people if you aren't careful. |
https://s17.postimg.org/7i6ggqb73/10322.png 4, Give yourself mild pain. No legitimate medical authority will now recommend that you cause yourself any amount of pain to stop a natural and harmless body process, but the traditional notion that mild pain can end an erection is still out there. So long as you only cause yourself very mild pain (mainly as a distraction), it is unlikely to be a problem to give it a try. i) Try, for example, discreetly pinching your thigh. It's easy to hide, it won't seriously hurt you, but it can hurt enough to distract you. ii) If you're truly desperate, some people may recommend you try flicking a testicle through your pants. Don't flick too hard, though, or you might injure yourself! iii) Remember, it's never worth injuring yourself over an erection. |
https://s8.postimg.org/910gzlxqt/10314.png 3, Urinate. This may not be easy to do with an erection, but urinating can sometimes make an erection go away. Urination causes pleasant, relaxing feelings in your groin, which can make an erection feel less "tight" or "urgent." i) Waking up in the morning with an erection is common for men of all ages. It can occur with or without the prompting of sexually-arousing dreams. Despite the degree of difficulty in hitting your target while you have an erection, urinating can often help bring it to a conclusion quickly. |
https://s30.postimg.org/7eikirwpt/10320.png 2, Try to focus on something complicated and non-sexual. You may have heard the old joke that men have only enough blood to supply either their brains or their joysticks at any one time, but there is some validity to the idea that distracting the mind can help bring about detumescence (the return of a penis to its flaccid state). Try to occupy your mind with something besides sex, but don't try to forget about your erection. In other words, don't think to yourself, "OK, I'm thinking about baseball now. Definitely not my erection." Your erection won't go away until you are fully focused on something else. Force yourself to perform a task that takes a lot of mental concentration: play a musical instrument, read, exercise, or solve a math problem. i) If you can't distract yourself by doing an activity, try to visualize it in your head. If you're in a social situation and you can't distract yourself without arousing suspicion, imagine yourself doing something different. If you love playing guitar, imagine every little detail: where you're putting your fingers, how you're strumming, how the song sounds. |
https://s27.postimg.org/52buwck8z/10312.png 1, Tuck your erection into your waistband. If your erection won't go away, try to quickly and discreetly adjust it by hand. Tuck the rigid shaft up into the waistband of your pants or underwear. This aligns your penis with the zipper or seam of your pants and makes an erection less noticeable. i) Use caution when wearing a tucked-in shirt or a shirt that doesn't reach all the way down to your waist. If your shirt rides up, you might accidentally expose yourself! ii) Be aware that while this technique will help hide your erection, the friction of the fabric may also inadvertently arouse you further. iii) Some people prefer tucking downward against one of the thighs. It is really just a question of personal preference and comfort. |
Yes, having an erection is often a welcome experience, but they also can happen at inopportune times. It is normal for adolescent males in particular to experience random erections even without sexual thoughts or stimulation. When they occur in school or while talking to a girl you like, however, your main focus will likely be on hiding the erection and ending it as soon as possible. While simply waiting it out is often the best option, there are things you can do to possibly speed along the process. |

. Breathing Surrogate The unborn baby exchanges oxygen and carbon dioxide with the mother through the placenta and umbilical cord. The mother’s blood circulates through the placenta and also carries nutrients to the baby. The placenta is attached to the uterine wall and to the umbilical cord, which is attached to the baby. The mother, in effect, breathes for the baby. The mother inhales and breathes in oxygenated air, which passes through her circulatory system to the baby through the placenta and umbilical cord. Carbon dioxide returns from the baby through the umbilical cord and placenta to the mother, who exhales and removes the waste from her body. Breathing Practice and Surfactant Although your unborn baby does not breathe air, she gets breathing practice while in the womb. At about nine weeks into the pregnancy, the fetus begins to engage in movements that resemble breathing. The fetus gets more breathing practice when he occasionally inhales and exhales amniotic fluid near the end of the pregnancy. Breathing practice prepares the fetus to breathe quickly and effectively after birth. The mother’s body produces surfactant in the amniotic fluid in increasing amounts as the pregnancy continues. The unborn baby needs the surfactant coating on the inside of her lungs to keep the lung’s air sacs open and prevent collapse of the lungs. First Breath Your baby takes his first breath when he cries for the first time after birth. Some babies cry on their own, while others need a little help from the doctor or nurses. The newborn baby gasps as he experiences the abrupt change in environment that follows birth. The umbilical cord is cut and the newborn begins to use his lungs. Now that the baby is breathing on his own, inhaling and exhaling as his lungs inflate and the amniotic fluid drains away, more blood flows to his lungs and blood vessels as oxygen moves through the body and carbon dioxide is expelled. |
Last Updated: Jan 16, 2014 | By Gail Sessoms Your unborn baby does not breathe through her mouth and nose while she is in the womb. Birth is the occasion when babies breathe for the first time. Until her exit from the womb, your baby develops in an environment filled with amniotic fluid. Unlike your lungs, which expand and contract during breathing, an unborn baby’s lungs are undeveloped, un- inflated and filled with amniotic fluid. Instead, the developing fetus receives all of the benefits of breathing, including oxygen, with help from the mother. Normal Breathing Your lungs and circulatory system, which includes your bloodstream, carries oxygen and nutrients to your body and helps remove waste from your body. Normal breathing, inhaling and exhaling, uses the lungs to move oxygenated air to the blood vessels for transport to the bloodstream. The same systems remove carbon dioxide from the bloodstream and deliver nutrients to the body. Your baby’s circulatory system is still developing while he is in the womb, so the umbilical cord and placenta, which connects baby and mother, do the work normally performed by the lungs.

adejaresalami1:was having same problem until I got a good strong charger. did you charge it to full. |
Hello everyone, Some days ago I posted a thread that made front page of a FIL power bank that look like a phone. I am here to published a review of the power bank, please note that I am not working for FIL or any other products but a honest review. The power bank is truely 10000 mAh and work excellent, it charge my tab of 3000 mAh twice and my phone 1200 mAh twice before running out of juice. I give it 3 stars out of 5 stars for been able to charge my tab which many power bank sellers told me I will need a 30,000 mAh power bank to charge my tab. i got original and stronger charger to be able to charge it fast. its smart and fast charge enabled. don't bother to charge it with those cheap regular charger you will only end up wasting your time. it shows red when you plug it to charge and the red light off when it's full. and when you plug it to your phone for charging it shows a blue light. The down side is the USB cord. It comes with a weak and fancy usb cord that is useless. The USB got malfunctioning you will have to hold or bend it before it works. So I got a strong and powerful USB cord and it work's wonderfully.

Donald Trump. is that you? I think this article is one of those electoral gimmicks that usually goes in circulation during elections period. and for been that as it may. we all knows about the Self imposed world police by the US. but I think its still better with the US. imagine if it were to be the middle East or other nation to be super power, maybe the rest of the world would have been enslaved or converted. Donald Trump is trying so hard, I am not support for Hilary Clinton but Donald Trump is certainly not an option. |
