How i wish this can happen in Nigeria because the rate at which people throw things on the highway is just too much and when the road is dirty and water ways blocked we start to blame Government that they are not working this thing is paining me so much in this country please our Government should bring up a law for any body that throw anything no matter how small it is should be punished please thank you. 2 Likes |
