If the truck is under/ overweight, print the re-jection slip with the reason indicated, issue it to the driver and send him back to the pack-ing plant for corrective action. This case must be recorded in the exception case report.
11. Follow truck off-loading and proper positioning on the weighbridge confirm the truck has off-loaded all the material. If for reason, the truck hasn’t off-loaded everything, acknowledge the transaction in WIMS as part of receipt and take the weight. If the truck has off-loaded all the material, acknowledge the transaction in WIMS as a full receipt and take the weight.
12. Prepare daily weighbridge report to the mill manager, accountant, and general manager always and treat all document/ information as confidential. It is considered unethical to di-vulge any information to external parties without authorization.
13. Check proper functioning of the weighbridge, communication and computer equipment and timely replacement of printer cartridges and printing papers to avoid any truck delays. Report any Malfunctioning immediately it’s noted as per the escalation procedure and fol-low up on the repairs.
14. Ensure proper housekeeping around the weighbridge and especially the gaps between the weigh platform and the foundation for accurate weighing.
15. Ensure that any exceptions are brought to the attention of the management as necessary to protect the company’s interest.

Description
1. To manage vessel chartering, ship-to-ship transfers, bunkering, offloading products, product quality, proper documentation and record keeping.
Responsibilities
1. Acts promptly to ensure availability of vessels for product delivery.
2. Monitors timelines and process relating to receipt and offloading to ship cargo to avoid or minimize incidences of demurrage.
3. Supports a proactive safety conscious environment line with company’s health and safety policy by involvement in implementation.
4. Confirms vessel availability for hiring in line with the requesting party’s request.
5. Prepares vessel allocation schedule.
6. Liaises with the finance department to obtain funds/secure bank loans for product importation.
7. Maintains good relationships with shipping lines for better bargains/services.
8. Facilitates the operations for off-loading and product shortage logistics as well as ship to ship transfer.
9. Documentation/record keeping of shipping transactions, and apt delivery to rele-vant authorities.
10. Obtain the loading order and forwards the voyage details to the vessel captain via e-mail.
11. Receiving cast-off reports from vessel captain and forwards it to the port’s opera-tions manager.
12. Monitors the vessel voyage status to determine the location coordinates of the vessel through the fleet management module.
13. Prepares progress reports on the monitoring of the various vessels stating their current positions against the plan, off-track distance, estimated time of arrival, is-sues identified as well as recommendations.
14. Prepares post-operations reports for review by the Trading Manager.
15. Interface with government agencies, NPA, customs, NIMASA, DPR e.t.c to meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements
1. Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Engineering or re-lated discipline is required.
2. Minimum of 0-2 years’ relevant experience in Trading & Marine sector in the Oil and Gas industry.

Commercial Sales Executive

Description
1. To support corporate strategy development / implementation and regulatory liaison functions across the group.
2. To market and sell petroleum products to industrial / commercial customers, communicate and follow-up on deliveries, and manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities
1. Liaise with relevant government agencies with regards to operations e.g., statutory reports, claims, correspondences etc.
2. Develop and maintain network with relevant business communities, interest groups and public agencies.
3. Perform marketing and business development activities including market research, sales, advertisement, and promotion.
4. Source and develop client referrals towards expanding business into new local and regional, markets.
5. Ascertain and communicate daily product price to customers.
6. Collate and communicate customer orders to the Operations Team for prompt scheduling and delivery.
7. Follow-up on and collect cheques / confirms electronic payments from customers for product supplied.
8. Obtain and forward receipts for customer payments.
9. Monitor product stock levels and escalate to the Head - Commercial Sales if there is need for replenishment vis-a-vis customer requirements.
10. Prepare monthly sales reports for review by the Head - Commercial Sales
11. Actively seek out avenues for business expansion and follow-up on leads.


Requirements
1. Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a similar role.
2. Minimum of Bachelor’s degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Social Sciences or any other relevant discipline.
3. Member of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) or any other relevant pro-fessional certification is an advantage
4. An MBA in a relevant discipline
