1. Change your passcode
Some attackers are surprisingly best friends or people close to you, so they might not be using a spy application to attack your phone but they can secretly read your messages, emails, and even go as far as changing your email passwords or any account password, viewing pictures and login into your crypto wallets and transferring funds that are never traceable.

Changing a password should be the best and when picking a password make it a little bit difficult, you can combine some strong character that is hard to guess.

2. Turn off your phone and restart them.
Some spy app relies on the phone being left switched on for a long period and in most cases restarting your phone may stop the spy app from running.

3. Update your device and apps
Another simple thing you can do is to update your device with the latest software. Manufacturers (Apple, Samsung, etc) regularly release new updates to help protect against newly-developed spy software and hacking methods.
