I doubt this. I play both games on PC and PS4 and although i prefer PES over FIFA, FIFA 16 has superior graphics to PES 16.

N180,000, considering the Naira crisis should get you an entry-middle level gaming laptop. However the problem with your budget is in getting a "brand new" system for that price. But if you're Ok with a fairly used laptop, that price might do just fine.

The back camera is strictly average. The front camera is nothing to write home about, it is touted as being 5mp but its VGA.

I've been trying to update mine but it says that the system is up to date. I have tried both wifi and mobile data. I don't have any problem but I want to update it before rooting it.

If your phone hasn't detected any system update yet then it might be up to date.

Try posting a picture of your build number (build number can be found under Settings --> About phone --> Device information), let me compare with mine.
