HealthRe: Coronavirus: South Africa To Begin House To House Testing For COVID-19 by Johnames: 7:17am On Apr 07, 2020
Fuckkthemod:
Government is to launch a massive house-to-house Covid-19 screening campaign in the coming weeks as the fight against the deadly virus enters its next phase.

The testing programme, which will be carried out by 10 000 field workers visiting people at home, was announced by President Cyril Ramaphosa on Monday night in a televised address to the nation.

Ramaphosa said that the death toll from the pandemic had risen to three, with a total of 1 326 confirmed cases reported to the command council, which he chairs.

The president said South Africa was now entering a new phase in the fight against Covid-19 and the government would be rolling out a screening, testing, tracing and monitoring programme on a “huge scale”.

A total of 10 000 field workers would visit homes around the country scanning people for Covid-19 symptoms. Those found to have symptoms would be referred to clinics for testing. People with moderate symptoms would be treated at home or at Covid-19 facilities, while those with serious symptoms would be transferred to hospitals.

Ramaphosa said a mobile tracing system to track those who had come into contact with infected people and to monitor new cases would be set up, while a number of mobile testing centres would be set up during April.

Turning to the 21-day lockdown imposed from last Friday, Ramaphosa said it was “absolutely necessary to save the lives of thousands, even tens of thousands, of our people”.

He said while most people had co-operated with the 18 000 security personnel deployed to enforce the lockdown, some had still not understood the severity of the threat posed by the virus.

He conceded that “mistakes” had been made in how the lockdown had been implemented, but that the system would be improved as time went on.

Ramaphosa called on people to stay in their homes for the next 17 days and to “do everything you can not to get infected and not infect anyone else”.

“Every time you violate regulations or try to get around the rules you are putting yourselves and others at risk and helping to spread the virus,” he said.

He added that the government would take further steps to assist small businesses and self employed people who were losing their incomes.

and the odds are low doesn’t mean it can never happen. 1 in a million they say. So who is that 1?
people come out to say how they tested positive after 6 months, some a year but they always end up being dismissed. Even wiki says it’s possible though very unlikely.
I believe that six month,i understand what you are saying, but as far as I'm concerned is rear, negative is negative

As much as i want to be happy. I'm not.
I'm still skeptical about this. Something this serious having all HIV symptoms might have effects in years to come just like AIDS. Don't you think?

Good evening everyone.. For those of us who had symptoms or still having symptoms please let's avoid people at this time because our immune system is compromised already.
On a lighter note, the lady is back from school because of the pandemic, convinced her once more, we went back and forth until she agreed to go for a test and i'm with the result now and it's negative.
I don't know what to make out of all these. still having some symptoms but i'm moving on gradually.

NYSCA Story Of A Nasarawa Corper by Johnames(op):
Documentary 01
Tiyan and GSS Agudu Lafia Nasarawa State.

Tiyan is an out going batch A Corps Member who for the most part of her service year earned 19800 Naira monthly. She served in a school that couldn't provide her accommodation nor transport. So feeding, transportation and accommodation all came from her earnings. Ordinarily She won't be motivated to do anything for anyone considering her earnings were far too small to cater for her needs.

Tiyan was serving in a school that most people won't wish their enemies to attend. The school lacked almost all the basic amenities that a school should have. Classrooms without ceilings, tables and chairs were what characterized the school. Students lack writing and learning materials, infact the school is only a school because it is called so.

Tiyan out of the goodness of her heart took on 9 subject which she taught across the arms of SS1-SS3.
She regularly bought writing materials for her students. Tiyan decided to make over 12 desk and table as her parting gift to the school. This was of course an uncommon kindness from a Corps member.
Mind you, she hails not from the northern region, she neither practice the same religion as the people she had showed this much kindness. Her parting words to the students were "Today I leave you with this message, that you all are way bigger than Agudu, that you find yourselves here today isn't your fault but you can become bigger than this place."

The chief was so happy with her gesture to the point he said had it been he was educated he would have married her thereby making her his Queen.
Testimonies of her kindness roared in the audience, claps and joy filled the air. It was indeed a heart touching experience.

Doctor is tired. He just told me to hold on with the test and test again when it's a year.
but,i dont think u are postive, because if you are,by now the test should be able to detect it,6months is maximum time for confirmation,i guess u are up to 10months,try to keep ur mind off it,maybe it will help.

That’s what the hospital is for?
But If he goes there. They will tell him it’s negative so he isn’t positive, give him drugs for what ever he’s complaining of. The sores and what ever thing he’s experiencing. The best thing is he keeps on checking if it’s ever going to be positive. There are cases like this online. Even the military guys own was even worst. I did see his post on medhelp. He’s still negative.
i understand your point, but what could be the cause of such cases?

HIV test ain’t rocket science, government or no government hospital. The test result should be reliable. . Two lines positive and one negative, I had to read all his symptoms again. Man or man if I were him I will be scared. But negative is negative.
so what is responsible for all these symptoms? The symptoms are too glaring
