Kaydz it means it asked u somwhere 2 fill entry date where maybe u didn't 4llow d 4mat like mm/yy which means month/year.if its dd/mm/yy den write d date as day/month/year or maybe u didn't fill it at all.

@fergie476, click on student at d top of d eportal.use ur ume reg. no as user id,d pin on ur ume result checker as d password den submit.u will be asked 4 new password which u'll be using 2 log on any other time instead of d pin on d post ume result checker meaning dat u mustn't 4get ur new password.after changing d password, u're gud 2 go.
