We need another striker. He does not have to be Isak, but someone that is decent enough. There are some decent strikers in leagues eastern Europe that can serve us as both a backup for Auba and support for Balogun. Martinelli for me isnt cut out for CF.

Let's scratch out the period we didn't play with 10(which was almost 1st half of the season) and focus on the 2nd half wen we introduced smith Rowe and then odegard. 1..How many chances per match did did our strikers throw away?
2... Which of our wingers were consistent bar saka? Don't tell Pepe cos he was frustrating, tho he improved towards end of season.
3.. How many creativity came from midfield consistently?

To be honest, our issue is big time creativity cos last season seems we created one of the least chances. We're so focused on maintaining possession (where possible) than being creative. No wonder once we concede first, we mostly lose or draw the game

For creativity and midfield, I don't know why we're not looking at dani olmo. He reminds me of cazorla. Can pass, dribble and above all can shoot from out the box. Maybe I'm missing something, coz this guy doesn't get the hype he deserves. He mostly impresses me most time I watch him.

Apart from the fact that African players lie about their age(which usually catches up with them as they move higher in their career), there is also the bad timing of Nations Cup. Na January when league wan dey sweet all the African players will leave the team to go for nations cup. Those three will surely empty our summer transfer kitty. Knowing that we have no European commitments to games will be few and mostly weekly. Two of those will do especially if Xhaka leaves. We need serious enforcements in the full back areas. I will take Bissouma, Odegaard, Aarons/Lamptey, and any decent LB.

The best we could have done was to outbid Villa with 40m. But that would be too much. Villa knows the calibre of players they can attract (from the championship) they are just asking us to respect ourselves and go for proven PL players.

The truth is pride and Ego will not let many admit some facts, Saying Emey found his level is funny, i mean he has been taking midtable teams to UCL and he has done it again..

Your Arsenal is like a relagation threatened side who needs an Allardyce to take them back up, so Emery is a typical manager to take Arsenal back to UCL( May not win you league or UcL though)..

Truth is, this recent Arsenal no rate fans at all, infact the have little regard to club culture and love for it.
Emery may not be up to the Pep and Klopp to take your club to the top, but with proper ambitious Owners and players with guts and fire( like we saw in a Villarreal side with no special players as against the bottlers who would disgrace you by losing 4-1 in a cup final), He is good enough to at least patch this yeye club back to Europe either through 4th or Europa.

It is not easy to get rid of bad owners like the Kroenkes and the bad players, but easier with the coach.
