PoliticsRe: Capital Oil/nnpc : These Are 25 Points DSS Lawyer Failed To Note by JohnJuniorJohn: 11:48am On May 24, 2017
DSS didn't pronounce Death sentence to Boko Haram members that was detained, Neither the Blood sucking Fulani herdsmen, but they gave them cover to operate and kill innocent Nigerians.

DSS didn't Pronounce Death Sentence on Dasuki, Neither on El zakzaky but went to do so a Patriotic Nigeria, over a Business dispute.

Just Because he is an Igbo Man.
PoliticsRe: Ifeanyi Uba's Diversion of N11bn Fuel Is Punishable By Death -DSS by JohnJuniorJohn: 5:06am On May 24, 2017
Imagine an utterance from the state agent. DSS has no such right to pronounce anyone guilty or innocent, why the Media trial, why doing all they could to bring down the brand Ifeanyi Ubah, a man who has stood for this Nation in so many times of desperate needs. Should the DSS not have held to court since they felt Dr Ubah is guilty. It’s obvious someone somewhere wants Capital Oil and Gas Boss down by all means. DSS has been subjected to agent of intimidation and harassment against the Nigerian Citizens. Those who seek for the Down fall of this Patriotic statesman will fail woefully. Nigerians must stand up to resists this evil from a state apparatus.
PoliticsRe: Ifeanyi Uba's Diversion of N11bn Fuel Is Punishable By Death -DSS by JohnJuniorJohn: 4:13am On May 24, 2017
They tried to rope Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah into Dasukigate, they found nothing. They searched for TAN's involvement, they found nothing. They now want to give his transaction a bad, a sort of payback for the waves TAN made. If this commercial dispute is punishable by death, what becomes of those that were involved in crude swap without delivering petroleum product or remitting the money for over 3 years of loading Capital Oil's crude oil.

What of those that stole crude? In their first press release and in the lagos court, they said Dr. Ubah was inciting tanker drivers which translates to economic sabotage in their thinking.

When they could not substantiate their claim with any proof, they subsequently changed gear to allege that Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah was trying to cause scarcity by distributing petroleum products and hence, a capital crime punishable by death.

How senseless. The question is did Capital sell the peoduct in Cotonou or Mali? Was it sold to animals or Nigerians? Who is by this act insigating scarcity? Dr. Ubah or NNPC ?.

This same Capital Oil that has been rescuing NNPC when they lacked product. This same company has frequently rescued the country in petroleum crises and during strike actions. Did NNPC inform DSS that they have been borrowing product also from Capital Oil on more than 3 ocassions this year.

Will they also be condemned to death for borrowing product from a private citizen to support thier inefficiency or incompetence. Nigerians should expect more expose as there is ample evidence to show that Capital Oil borrowed NNPC petroleum products to cover their inefficiencies
Nairaland GeneralRe: DSS Not Willing To Produce Ifeanyi Ubah In Court As Ordered By The Cout. by JohnJuniorJohn: 8:14am On May 12, 2017
We are now in a Police State. One man decision is now bigger and higher than the constitution, where is rule of law. Respect to the law of our land.

How can a Government agency disobey the court, shouldn't tthe govt promote our democracy and Rule of law. Where do we go from here. DSS must obey the Court.
SportsChairman FC Ifeanyi Ubah Reacts To Coach Kenichi Dissmisal by JohnJuniorJohn(op): 3:51pm On Dec 16, 2016
*FC Ifeanyi Ubah Chairman, Chukwuma Ubah reacts to Kenichi's dismissal, says he was a nightmare and terrible mistake, not good enough to coach any team with lofty aspirations*

While the news of the dismissal of Kenichi Yatshuhashi as the Head Coach of FC Ifeanyi Ubah did not come as a surprise due to players and fans' anger, many of whom were disgruntled and disillusioned by Kenichi's display of technical incompetence, regressive training regime and disregard for the Management, the Chairman of the Anambra based club and FC Cup Champions, Chukwuma Ubah has revealed the underlying reasons that saw the sledgehammer descend on Japanese coach, Kenichi Yatsuhashi sooner than expected.

“You do know we are a very professional outfit, driven by excellence while aiming for success and achievement of any stipulated goal at any point in time” began the charismatic Chukwuma Ubah.

“When the position of the Head Coach became vacant, we immediately swung into action to scour the planet for the perfect man for the job who had the right experience, passion, vision and above all, team spirit in order to help us achieve our lofty ambitions in the forthcoming season” he said.

"We identified acting Head Coach, Black Stars of Ghana, Yaw Preko who we believed had a reputable pedigree to take our club to the next level. However, Yaw Preko whom we held in high regards suggested Kenichi Yatsuhashi to us based on his previous working relationship with him and we adhered which Yaw Preko who is still with us can attest to. This was the biggest mistake we made as we failed to carry out our due diligence on whom we sought to employ, depending solely on the recommendation of his former assistant".

"All demands, financial and otherwise made by Kenichi were met by the club, including all the requests which the club deemed as exorbitant and irrelevant. We did all we could to make him comfortable as we wanted results."

"The first red flags were raised when Kenichi started disbanding the team, leaving out our major star players including national team players Ikechukwu Ezenwa, Stephen Eze, Adeleye Olamilekan, Tamen Medrano, Kojo Baah, Wasiu Jimoh amongst a host others. This action led to the exit of some of our core players who were frustrated at being frozen out, notably Ismaila Gata, Bello Koformata and Okereke Maduabuchi. While we got torrents of complaints from the players, we allowed him to take his chosen and preferred route as we felt he had a masterplan. His training regimes were strange as he totally eliminated aerobics while insisting that the players undergo massive weight lifting, lifting weights as heavy as 100kg across 100 metres, culminating in lots of injuries. While all these were not approved by the club, we overlooked his actions on the back of his assumed expertise".

It will be recalled that the romance was short lived as Kenichi Yatsuhashi did not last beyond 30 days in that portfolio as he was sent packing even before the NPFL Super 4 Tournament held in Enugu came to an end as FC Ifeanyi had performed not only woefully but were utterly dismembered by the oppositions they played under the Japanese.

On the woeful display at the NPFL Super 4 and the eventual dismissal of Kenichi, Chairman of FC Ifanyi Ubah explained further. "On the 6th of December, when the team landed in Enugu for the NPFL Super4, Management had a routine meeting. During the course of the meeting, Kenichi was requested to give an explanation as to why our major players were left at home especially Tamen Medrano, Kojo Baah and Wasiu Jimoh. To our greatest surprise, Kenichi clearly irritated by the question responded "If I do not win the Super 4, sack me" and he stormed out of the meeting. I tried calling him back and he ignored me. Despite the blatant disregard for hierarchy, I overlooked his behaviour because he had set a goal for himself. I had prayed he did not just shoot himself in the foot. I had wanted him to prove everyone wrong, even the fans.
SportsRe: "FC Ifeanyi Ubah Is Worse Than Ghana's Hearts Of Oak" - Sacked Japanese Coach by JohnJuniorJohn: 11:19am On Dec 16, 2016
A Man who join the club and brought in racist against the management of the club.

He insulted the management for being blacks. He lacks whatever it takes to work with any club. That's same reason why was sacked from his former club in Ghana

Owing salaries since 2012?
That's a lie from the pit of hell. Why do people claim to be in the know when they have no idea of what's going on....just for the sake of typing?
It does not matter if you work for AMCON, the fact remains that the court has given its ruling based on facts presented to it. If AMCON had a case, coupled with the backing of the government, I do not see a reason ehi they should not win the case. However, the reverse is the case because the facts laid before the court was glaringly in Capital Oil's favour.
Don't mind that thing. He is now wiser than the Court of competent jurisdiction.

Hahahababaa.

That's why I said, the more you look, the less you see.

Left Mata do matayas.

I no what ayam talking about ooo.

But for some reasons, make I no talk.

I don't think COG has assets close to 100 billion. I don't think so. With this recession, assets value has fallen well.

Tank farm business no longer viable as it was back then

Majority of the tank farms in ibafon, within the ibru family land in apapa, are owned by onigbese. So I know what I'm talking about .ooo

Zenon terminal 1&2 within the ibru yard has been sold
Many more go follow.

Make I no tok
If they value all your family and village people will it amount to 20Gig of data?

Yeye. I laugh

I trust Amcon though. If it's the same Amcon that I work form.

Here's it

Amcon will pump in money to revitalise COG and rather pay the trade creditors directly.

That's the way to go.

Also pay salaries of workers owed since 2012

Amcon would be silly to pay such amount into COG's account, cos COG is indebted to close to N100billion with Amcon and if all the assets are sold, it can not pay the debt.

Option left for Amcon is to continue the business on going concern basis, pumping in money in order to make money.

A lot of people posting on this thread have no idea of what's on ground. They're here either hailing the judgement or criticising.

We already advised both parties last year on what to do.

Some paper works needs to be tidied up
You are so bittered and bias minded, you lack every moral tendencies to make such WE claims. Why are you angry about Justice.

So it means Amcon trive on illegalities. Justice must stand.

This is a welcomed development, it shows that the Government can't deal with private citzens who are doing their legitmate businesses.

We need more strong institutions in Nigeria.

Its a welcome development from this Noble man. We should all applaud him for this kind gesture to the people of Katisina state
