You dont know a bit about the OP and you think you can jump into conclusion about her. This OP has a ranch. I once asked her the transportation cost of a cow to the south and she said 10k for the public transport and 5k for her truck. Next time know about a person well before dishing out trash about them.

Your argument is far from being intellectual, argue after doing your own investigation so you make an informed decision.

I went to the market to find out the price of a bag of Groundnut yesterday. I bring yam to Mile12 market from the North and deliver Ram.

Currently we are distributing RAMS for some banks to Notable Nigerians, as Sallah is a few weeks away.

So what dont I know about, cut me some slack and take your rude & offensive Nigerian attitude to some other person am allergic to the low life cerebral stimulation of most Nigerians.

You claim to be in the North and your into RAM business equally, so your saying its #2,000 to transport a COW from the North, same price more or less with a bag of Onions or Beans which are 100kg
This is the same lady I visited her ranch. I asked her for the cost of transportation of cows to the south, she said N10,000 for public transport and 5000 for her company

Guys you should get the gist now that the @Op of this thread is being insincere with the prices.

She's being extremely shrewd throwing you guys a bone by quoting inappropriate prices

Tfare for a cow from the North isn't btw #2,000 - #2,500

It's a whopping #10,000 per cow. I also went to the market to price a bag of Goundnut she quoted as #30,000 from the North all inclusive and found out she has been quoting market prices on majority of the prices for vegetables other than the farm price from the North.

Don't know why Yoruba's like being underhanded when it comes to money. I am Yoruba, this practise makes me sick to the stomach
Did you say yoruba? This lady has never acted yorubaish for once! When you jump into conclusion and judge someone wrongly is what I call the yoruba practice.

Re: A Nairalander's Tour To The Farms And Major Markets In The Northern Nigeria. by otunbaakin: 10:57pm On Jul 01
On behalf of my family, I will like everybody to permit me to write this here. I want to thank everybody for their immense contributions to this issue on ground. I am not a nairalander but I got registered because of the issue at hand. Having read from page to page, I am impressed. I am not here to defend Ibijoke or Jide, but to point out some important issues here.

I am an uncle not only an uncle, a father to Ibijoke. She is my neiece, a daughter to me. Jide is also a man I have met and know well. He once visited my home. I'm aware of how my daughter started her business. She is a hardworking vibrant young lady with goals and determination to succeed in life. Right from her days at access bank and then her relocation to join her husband in the north. I remember so well days she earned penny. A graduate who was not ashamed to hawk kunu and days she carried bag of onions within lagos with a baby at her back. She kept on pushing it till God placed her where she is today.

I am not here to type out long stories but to point out some important things to Jide and everybody reading.
Both parties are hurt and at fault.
They both worked hard as mentee and mentor without proper agreement
The first business transaction 55,000 naira or thereabout didn't go too well as the price crashed. It didnt happen to Jide only but Ibijoke and two of her friends too. They were both witness.

Ibijoke had wanted to pay back the money when Jide once asked but he asked her not to pay. Though Ibijoke got angry because they both knew what happened to the transaction. She insisted on paying but Jide asked her not to pay and promised not to ask of it.
I want Jide and everyone to know that Ibijoke meant no harm to Jide. She had always talk of good plans about him. The same way your mum prays for her thats the same way we pray for you.

Ibijoke and her husband made Jide the manager of the company and according to them, they had finalised and agreed on that hence there was need for the staff of the company to open a salary account. Jide led the staff and he did open a staff account in mid may. If my daughter had nurse any evil plans, all that wouldn't have happened Jide.

Ibijoke never accused you of stealing her money but instead she complained that you left the office and never returned. She kept on dialing your number but was switched off. She kept on calling her staff to check if you ever came to work but you never did. She was so worried and sad about the stock sold and money not remitted, which you both know belongs to customers if I'm right.

Ibijoke as you said is never a coward but her silence is in obedience of our instruction. She has done more than enough and we want her off nairaland and the social media for peace sake and to avoid all sort of distractions.

My daughter doesn't hate you so you cursing the day you met her is un-called for. Her request to know your guarantors or relations was from me. To avoid problems, I instructed that she knows any of your relations or guarantors. It has nothing to do with money or power.

Jide you were not under Ibijoke yoke. There is no yoke in the first place. My daughter is not evil. She is a good christian from a good home.

I want you to know that I blamed my daughter for not paying for your service. To her, the two of you never agreed on that. She prepared your salary, she expected you at work but you never came back to work.

Jide, there was no need for threats or coming out publicly. There were persons you should have reported to. The elders in front of the office, her parents, mentors or even I myself. Ibijoke husband even told me he calls you often to talk to you. So there wasn't need for all this.

As her uncle and father, I stand on behalf of the family to say this matter will be resolved amicably. Do as the lawyer said. There is no need for all this childish drama and I want it to stop. Think of the good time you shared together. Think of the day you came to my home. No man is perfect. Like I told my daughter and I also want you and everybody reading that all that happened has been pre-destined by God.

Because of tomorrow and no man on earth knows tomorrow, I advise both party settle amicably and move on. I've spoken to my daughter already.

To all Ibijoke followers, thanks for your contributions. We will ensure the matter is settled as soon as possible.
Thank you.

I would prefer it be settled amicably for the good of tomorrow.

The young man, according to what he told me, gave a lot. I have known that guy since 2013 from here. He is a strong hustler. Life isn't easy out there.

I wonder why they would start calling him weed smoker just to quickly make him appear like criminal considering Nigeria's cultural perception of weed smokers.

To the best of my knowlege, i have never seen or known him as one because the dude is pretty focus with hopes of making it in the future. He has his flaws which isn't new to anyone in the street.

Even if he smokes weed, which i am just discovering on this thread, so fvck what? As silly as it may sound. Hemp or cannabis sativa is one of the greatest plant God bless the world with... FACT. Go school yourself. The only thing is the THC content that makes people high.

America didn't legalize it for stupid reasons if they didn't see the HUGE benefit to health and economic benefit of their country.
No one called redgarlic a weed smoker. As a matter of fact, I never knew not until he introduced himself as a weed smoker. Read his first post again.

Don't you think that may be the reason why she deleted her Nairaland account? Just asking though. It could be her all the same, we can't possibly rule out that fact. No one is sure, no need to be biased by saying "she didn't deactivate it herself".
I'm not being biased. It's a complain she lodged she also had the same problem with her email acct. She's is not too good on the computer so she asked me for solutions.

Bros, see make I no lie eh with what I saw it will be both ways o. it will be dirty. I would prefer this thing be settled amicably. Why did she deactivate her handle? Think about that. BOTH of them are wrong as far as I know. I will speak at length to him tomorrow, When he even told me the BS I was extremely mad at him.
She didnt deactivate it herself. She tried posting and was unable to post. She has been trying even before Jides post. She kept on trying but it kept on asking for password to her account. Right in my presence, her mum kept on repeating that they dont want to see her on nairaland. The woman could not pronounce it well.

See threat.. it runs in their blood.

That is exactly what i have been facing before i got delivered from the yoke

Cursed is the day i met ibijoke ogunleye.

Tell her to refund my money
No one is threatening here. There is no yoke either. like someone asked, Did you sponsor her business? Is it the money used in purchasing the onions sold in mile 12? Clear that out with the lawyer as they seem not to know what money you are referring to. You said you sweat hard for the growth of her business which is normal in business atleast I met you there. I remember her refunding my money when I was faced with some difficulties. I did not expect it from her.

I respect elders a lot, but I will advise u keep ur sermon for ibijoke. u didnt hear my own side of the story before judging me a criminal..

I have a mother too that I relate issues with on this onions journey I embarked on. I showed her ibijokes picture which she showered prayer for her.. so please spare me those sermon.

It is he who committed the crimes u people posted would be afraid to show faces..

and one more thing, get this out of your thinking. She cant pay my salary and i wasnt with her to get salaries.. plz take note
Jide, I'm the man who talked about not leaving rams in the rain when I visited Ibijoke office at ogun if you remember. I met you, Ibijoke's husband and other staff. I saw you as a responsible man. This same lady presented you so well. My reasons for calling you a criminal was your first post. Even to the extent of introducing your self as a weed smoker. Those of us who knows you and who never knew you to be a weed smoker since Ibijoke never tagged you one when we met you now knows you to be one. I'm glad to read your last statement and I will take note of that.

This is gonna be fun.. im patiently waiting.
You should hear her mom statement about you. This lady is all out to help you. She meant no harm according to her family. All they wanted was to know your people or let me say guarantor for safety sake...

I like curses especially when it is for the right course. Did they tell u why they are cursing or is it what joke told u that u are spitting here.Trust me u have no idea how I started with her. Before I start spitting venom that will handicapp u, gather ursef with the rest of the defenders to call ibijoke to this forum. I know she is reading this...
Jide, trust me I know all. As an elder in my late 50s I doubt if you saw my gray hairs, you really are to be blamed. Also her staff are not spitting curses on what Ibijoke told them. These are people who are benefiting right under her and do not wish her bad. Also the barrister is not her recruit. Hmmm he is a family lawyer. Ibijoke absence here is based on the instructions given to her. She is not even reading all this except for probably information reaching her or calls. I'm sure you will wonder why I'm taking it so personal. This is a lady I see as a daughter and I have her type at home. I was at her family home today which you know the place. Though I was told she went out to meet her client. Trust me, her family are not happy at all. I tried calming them down. So many of their words touched me and as a father, I knew how it feels. Just like the lawyer said, he wants peace. I will advise you go for that options. As for the money you said she owes you, you two didnt discuss on salary remember but all that will be ironed out. Jide note, I dont usually comment on nairaland but I felt the need to do so after reading your first post. Think of your reputation... Remember, what an elder sees while sitting down , a child will never see it even if he climbs the highest mountain. I asked for your number, and her mom streched it out to me and I was touched again. I have it now, expect to hear from me.

What's the aim of this Jide guy?
Did he fund the company Ibijoke started?
What's his grouse with her?
For those who know the story, please what's the genesis of this black mail?

Ibijoke, now you see what debbydee mean when she told Engr. Onakomaya to continue doing his business solo to avoid stories that touch. This was what she meant.

I just do not understand the mindset of youths of these days. The PHD is getting out of hand.

Redginger, we are waiting for your expose.
I personally met him during her first interactive session at Mr. Biggs Alagbole. Not just me but many other nairalanders. With the introduction and discussion we had, red garlic is just like I and some other nairalander out there who wanted to be under her mentorship. I remember him saying he loosed his Job that same period and Ibijoke hired him to be one of her representative. She announced to everyone that we will be seeing more of him due to the nature of her business in the north.
I was at her office today though she wasnt on seat but I was fortunate to meet her younger brother. With my findings, she is the sole owner of her business. As her business expands, she hired more staff which this same red garlic was one of them. According to Ibijoke brother, red garlic was one of her trusted staff who the family knows so well. As a matter of fact he was more or less like a brother to them. As her business expands, there was need for somethings to be put into order.
In summary, there was need for her staff to have guarantors stand for them. She requested that she knows redgarlic guarantors or any one close to him for safety sake. He couldnt provide any and Ibijoke insisted that she knows his guarantors or he will have to leave. That became the basket of trouble. According to her staff, Ibijoke is always on the road. Always on business trips. Red garlic who was meant to supervise them started misbehaving. To the staff of her company, red garlic left. Only for him to start threatening that he worked so hard for the growth of her business and that he should be compensated or she will be doomed which he started by sending nasty messages to her clients.
Redgarlic, you need to hear the curses coming out of the mouth of your colleagues at work. Its so obvious that some persons out there are benefiting from Ibijoke. With what I heard today, she's doing a wonderful job at Ijoko.
Redgarlic, do not bring curses upon yourself. Desist from your mission. Remember nemesis/karma...
Thank you.

Fellow Nairalanders, all is not well with our very own catered4. This is a woman I know so well though met her on nairaland just like you and I. She gave so much to many of us. She is so opened that most of us here knows her home and her family. I must confess women of her calibre are rare to find. I've been following catered4 for months on her threads and I've also visited her at her office in Ogun state. I attended her interactive sessions and I can tell when one is genuine. I visited her office and I also heard of her good deeds from her staff.
Its a pity that there are bad fellows posing to be good out there. Wolves in sheep clothing especially here on nairaland. Unambitious persons always waiting to drag one into the mud. Due to catered4 busy nature and health challenges, she couldnt attend to her thread. After much pleas from some nairalanders and I, she decided to update her thread which she did. Only for her to re-visit her thread again to discover that she cant access her thread. She thought it was a network problem from nairaland. She tried again but was unable to comment or reply her post. She later on discovered that her password has been changed. Not only nairaland, also her yahoo account. She tried reaching the moderators to know what was happening and I also did too. For security reasons she was advised her account be deactivated. Our own catered4 has fallen victim of the evil criminal men on nairaland.
Redgarlic with different monicker on Nairaland. Its only criminals that changes name the same way you do. As you said, some nairalanders has met you. I am one of them and we met you through catered4. You were are staff, her representative I think. Men like you shouldnt exist. A young woman hutsled her way to the top and all you can think of is to harm her and her family.
Redgarlic, So funny that you want a share in her company asset. So funny that some spiritual pastors upon prayers told you that catered4 is using your glory to her advantage. So funny all the jagons you are saying around contracdicting yourself. That really shows how evil and dangerous you are. I guess nairalanders are waiting to hear what you have to tell us. If only you know what you are embarking on...
My dear catered4, wherever you are right now, we are praying for you. Its one of the challenges start up/business owners face in Our dear country Nigeria. This only shows that the path to success is not easy. Welcome to the club.
Please remain strong...
Thank you.
