Because of my career in entertainment.

I feel USA gives me the opportunity to drive into entertainment.

To enter into the entertainment industry in the US you have to be exceptional and unique;
You have to give them something they can't get elsewhere cheaper.

I suggest you enroll into the New York Film Academy, it will open up to you opportunities and attention you cannot get anywhere else.

But then average annual fees for the school is around 56,000 US Dollars.
Which is a little more than your 20 Million Nigerian Naira

To be able to pull off this dream of yours successfully you have to become the kind of person that does the IMPOSSIBLE.

A safer but less interesting option is to stay in Nigeria and start a business (Go LEAN, pull off a business with 1 to 3 million and make reasonable profits(15% of your initial investment is okay) and grow from there ).

The Nigerian Business ecosystem offers you a hard and painfully slow but UNLIMITED growth opportunities (Ask Dangote)

I am tempted.

As someone mentioned in the other thread "There is nothing to talk about" ; concerning Matrices and Vibes.
These cars even though boring to drive, have almost no issues.

Lexus is by far the most reliable brand in the world. An IS350 and C300/C350 of the same year costs about the same.
Parts of the Merc should be more available, and also more expensive.

Buy the Lexus. The IS350 is a really fast car, but the engine costs about 1.5m. The IS250 is slower but its engine is a lot cheaper. I'd buy the IS250.

The IS250 seems like a more reasonable car. I don't mind its slowness, where am I speeding to.
How much is it's Engine ?

What are the pros and cons of the 2007 Lexus IS 250/350 cars. How would they fare compared to cars like the 2011 Toyota Camry, 2011 Honda Accord, 2010 Mercedes Benz C300 in terms of Cost of purchase (Used), Reliability, Cost of Maintenance and Parts.

Here’s some important rules to go by:

RULE 2
Check the model year, and compare to the generations on wikipedia. You want a car that was first of its generation, and that will keep the resale value much higher. Just look at the prices for a 2015 and 2016 c class... it’s ridiculous. Also if you are in the latest generation, your used car will look the same as a brand new one. Check out these E classes:

Thats a 2010 and 2009 e class.. the top one is tough to distinguish from a 2016, and the bottom is something you would find dusty in your grandpa’s garage.

7. Jos; Excellent weather, food is inexpensive compared to other cities and hotels are very very affordable.

If you have money for a 2011 C350, you should have the money for a 2013 GS350. New generation in 2012. Same generation is still running. Updated looks to match Lexus's current design, and handling and drive feel became much better.

If you run it yourself via auctions, you should be able to land one for circa 7m.

How about parts, does it share parts with other Toyotas ?

Is the Mercedes Benz C300/C350 2011 Model a good (in terms of durability, maintenance and value for money) car ? What are the Pros and Cons of this car ?

For the "Yoruba Cities" Lagos tops it all except for Electricity which is relative.

For the "Northern Cities" Abuja tops almost all except for Markets (Kano), Kaduna is not bad at all; it follows closely behind in a lot of areas.

Honorable mention goes to Jos; It has a fair waste water management system aided by it's natural terrain. It also has ever-lasting roads.
