Hello guys, I just got an admission offer from University of Goettingen Germany. Please I want to know more about student life at Germany, are they part time jobs for one to do while studying?

kelly4top: Yes they accept NECO. I dont have waec but only NECO. If you check their checklist u will see ''originals of certificate of proof of completing/leaving secondary sch or WAEC. So NECO is also proof of leaving secondary sch. But I will reccommend u submit both ur waec and neco since u have all ur grades in NECO. Except ur waec grades are too bad then forget it make e no go spoil show for u.

Bro don't ever think that employment is based on first class or 2:1 just be prayerful and also make some contact. With my Bsc of 4.48 two standard professional certification and three years working experience in a private firm I am still praying seriously to be finally shortlisted. I wrote the test, got the text mssg and uploaded all necessary certificates. I was even lucky that they made a provision for uploading my two professional certifications.

There is notin Nigeria can ever get right. NLders please dont jubilate the recruitment process is just starting. Dat aptitude test is a bloody waste of time. tobnical: Some are still doubting the authenticity of the text messages and the credentials uploads saying they were told it's a scam frm reliable sources. If your sources of info is frm LG/State INEC offices, then u might b getting wrong info. They themselves are as iglorant as u re abt d whole recruitment. U can only get d real info frm d national office in Abuja. It's as real as the breakin of d day.

Hence Inec portal when log on by every successful applicant display a page for credential upload, why should dey be doubting the authenticity of the text? Dey shld relax and move on.

The issue @ hand is that selection is based on the principle of federal character, if you are from a local government with much competitive applicants and competitive politicians your tendency of getting the job will be low whereas people from LGA with less competitive applicants and politicians will have a better chance of securing the job.
