I had a negative experience with the game "Best Shooter" recently. I ended up losing a significant amount of money. Initially, I was winning with smaller odds, but then, after placing a 20k stake on the smallest odds in the right corner, I lost it all. Even when I tried smaller amounts like 1k and 100 naira, I still lost. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone to bet on this game or any other, as it seems like the odds are stacked against players, leading to inevitable losses.

I've placed a bet on iLOTBET favoring Tottenham to win the upcoming North London Derby against Arsenal. The match holds substantial importance for both teams' ambitions in the 2023/24 season. Ange Postecoglou's Tottenham must secure a victory to close the gap on Aston Villa in the pursuit of Champions League qualification.

Currently trailing Villa by six points but possessing two games in hand, Spurs have the opportunity to narrow the margin to just three points if Unai Emery's Arsenal triumphs in their Saturday evening clash. Meanwhile, Arsenal is also eager for points as they vie for the Premier League title.

Leading the league table with five games left, Arsenal's position might undergo a shift by Sunday afternoon due to midweek fixtures involving Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester City, with Liverpool playing on Saturday afternoon. With the North London Derby looming, Postecoglou faces crucial decisions regarding his team selection. Football.london delves into the challenges awaiting the Australian manager.

Sports / Re: Napoli 1-1 FC Barcelona – Victor Osimhen Scores Late Leveler by johnsaman: 4:42pm On Feb 26
Ashleyokeneye:

Victor James Osimhen MFR is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Serie A club Napoli and the Nigerian national team. Considered one of the best strikers in the world, he is known for his elite finishing, pace, strength and athleticism. The Champions League last-16 clash between Italian champions Napoli and Spanish champions Barcelona is finely poised after a cagey 1-1 draw in the first leg in Naples. Both sides have struggled for form this season and it showed on the pitch with few chances created until Robert Lewandowski opened the scoring with a fine strike. However, Barca couldn’t kill the game and Victor Osimhen equalized.

Napoli began life under new coach Francesco Calzona by earning a spirited 1-1 draw with Barcelona in the UEFA Champions League last-16 first leg courtesy of Victor Osimhen's second-half equaliser. With Slovakia coach Calzona in the technical area for the home side after the dismissal of Walter Mazzarri on Monday night, the struggling Italian champions – who sit a lowly ninth in Serie A – rescued a merited draw when Nigeria forward Osimhen accepted Frank Anguissa's pass to fire home on 75 minutes. Barcelona had taken the lead on the hour-mark courtesy of Poland striker Robert Lewandowski's 93rd career goal in the Champions League from Pedri's delightful through ball.

The return leg on March 12 in Barcelona is well-poised after a draw that will not displease either side. It was a slow burner of a match in Naples between the two sides who don't have their troubles to seek in terms of managerial changes, but the second half certainly provided a glimpse of what could lie in store in the second leg. Lewandowski is 10 years older than Osimhen, but both players are hot property in European football as the dynamic duo provided excellent finishes in an intriguing second half to leave this tie right in the mixer before they do battle at Barca. In particular, Napoli would be well advised to let off the handbrake after discovering they could trouble their opponents if they can up the pace of their passes in the final third.

Sports / Re: AFCON 2023: Nigeria 1:1 Equatorial Guinea Match Highlight by johnsaman: 9:29am On Jan 22
Ashleyokeneye:

Victor Osimhen scored a first-half equaliser but Nigeria were held to a 1-1 draw in their Africa Cup of Nations Group A opener against Equatorial Guinea in a steamy Abidjan on Sunday, unable to turn their pressure into three points. Iban Salvador netted a surprise opener for Equatorial Guinea against the run of play with a well-worked goal, but the lead lasted only two minutes before Napoli forward Osimhen headed Nigeria level. The west African side dominated their chances after that but found Equatorial Guinea goalkeeper Jesus Owono in fine form as he made several outstanding saves to go with some poor finishing. Nigeria next meet hosts Ivory Coast in a potentially crucial pool clash on Thursday, while Equatorial Guinea face Guinea-Bissau, who lost 2-0 to the Ivorians in Saturday’s tournament opening game.

The Super Eagles are among the favourites to win the AFCON title in 2024 and were widely expected to follow hosts Ivory Coast by beginning their tournament with a comfortable win against a team 46 places below them in FIFA's rankings. Yet their performance in the sweltering heat of Abidjan's Olympic Stadium in Ebimpe was not one the handful of Super Eagles fans who made the trip will have particularly enjoyed. A lack of incisive attacking play and a couple of bad misses from star striker Victor Osimhen means they have now won just one of their past six games in all competitions.

Victor Osimhen did at least get on the scoresheet to cancel out a shock opener from Equatorial Guinea, who are competing in just their fourth AFCON finals and were held to a 1-1 draw by 192nd-ranked Djibouti five days ago in a pre-tournament friendly. Ivan Salvador gave the unfancied nation the lead after 36 minutes, producing a composed finish from the edge of the box after Osimhen and Zaidu Sanusi had missed presentable openings. Their advantage was short-lived, Osimhen nodding home Ademola Lookman's cross barely two minutes later to level the scores, but that was as good as it got for Nigeria, who were persistently thwarted by Alaves goalkeeper Jesus Owono.

Osimhen spurned the best chance of the second half, racing through onto Alex Iwobi's through ball only to drag his finish wide. The Napoli star will have to sharpen up if Nigeria are going to mount a serious challenge at these finals, not least given a meeting with the hosts is coming up in just four days' time.

Sports / Re: Bayern Munich Try To Hijack Tottenham's Move For Genoa Defender With Late Bid by johnsaman: 9:24am On Jan 22
Ashleyokeneye:

Radu Matei Drăgușin is a Romanian professional footballer who plays mainly as a centre-back for Serie A club Genoa FC and the Romania national team. A versatile player, Drăgușin can also be deployed as a full-back. Bayern Munich make improved £26.7m offer for Genoa defender Radu Dragusin after Tottenham reached an agreement with Serie A side; Spurs had agreed a £25.9m deal with Djed Spence going on loan to the Italian club; Dragusin must now decide which club to join.

Bayern Munich have made a late bid for Radu Dragusin in an attempt to beat Tottenham to the signing of Genoa defender, according to Sky in Italy. Spurs had reached an agreement with Genoa on a deal worth £25.9m (€30m), including £5.6m (€6m) in add-ons, for the Romania international. The deal also includes the loan of Spurs defender Djed Spence to the Italian club. But Bayern have since made an improved offer worth £26.7m (€31m), and Dragusin must now decide which club he wants to play for. Bayern's late bid has opened up negotiations and decisive hours now lie ahead for the transfer. Both clubs are making their maximum effort to sign the 21-year-old, with a centre-back signing a priority in the January transfer window for Spurs.

Bayern's move for Dragusin comes after Sky in Germany reported at the weekend that the German giants had agreed terms with Tottenham defender Eric Dier. The 29-year-old is free to speak to foreign clubs with his contract expiring this summer but Spurs have not had an approach from Bayern yet to discuss a deal being done this month.

I was introduced to iLOTBet by a colleague from my office at UBA who was always on the website. Curious, I asked him why he spent so much time on iLOTBet, and he told me about a punter's league competition where the winners would receive an iPhone. Intrigued, I decided to open an account and try my luck as well.

Although neither of us won the competition, I continued to bet with iLOTBet. I had no issues with deposits and withdrawals until August of this year.

The problem arose when I received an alert from iLOTBet regarding a withdrawal that I did not make. Concerned, I logged into my account and found that my balance was still intact. Unsure of what to do, I decided to keep the money. Two days later, my colleague approached me and asked if I had received any payment from iLOTBet. I could have denied it, but I chose to be honest and admitted that I had. He then informed me that the payment was the withdrawal he had made from his iLOTBet account, which had somehow ended up in my bank account. Initially, I found it hard to believe him, but he showed me the withdrawal request on his account transfers as well as the emails he had sent to iLOTBet when he didn't receive the withdrawal. The replies from iLOTBet confirmed that they had indeed made the payment. To resolve the issue, iLOTBet demanded that he provide his bank statement, as he insisted that he had not received the alert. After investigating their system, they discovered that the money had mistakenly landed in my account, despite the fact that my colleague and I have different names, he had made multiple withdrawals in the past, and his bank was Gtbank while mine was UBA. How could such a mix-up occur?

The next day, I attempted to make a withdrawal request, but it was reverted back to my iLOTBet account. After several unsuccessful attempts, I contacted iLOTBet to explain the situation and how someone else's withdrawal had ended up in my account. They responded by stating that my account was linked to another account and that I had two accounts. Eventually, they allowed me to withdraw the money that was in my account, amounting to N66,741. However, nothing happened to my colleague's account, and he decided to close it himself after withdrawing all his funds. ILOTBET later contacted him to reopened his account and they funded him back all his money and a 50k bonus, He was so happy to share with me. I was not a bettor before my friend refer me to ILOTBET and since then I have been enjoy the betting platform, and I love their Whot Game also.

Ashleyokeneye:

Victor James Osimhen is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Serie A club Napoli and the Nigerian national team. Considered one of the best strikers in the world, as well as one of the best players in the world, he is known for his elite finishing, pace, strength and athleticism.

John Obi Mikel is desperate for Victor Osimhen to sign for Chelsea and has told the striker he will 'make sure' a deal happens. The Nigerian international starred in Napoli's Serie A title win last season, scoring 26 goals in 32 top-flight appearances. Osimhen netted a further five in the Champions League and during the summer, he was the subject of heavy transfer speculation.

Clubs including Chelsea and Manchester United were keen to sign him, with Saudi Pro League side Al Hilal making a £120.3million offer. He rejected the monumental offer in favour of staying at Napoli but his fellow countryman Mikel has told him where to play next season. When interviewing Osimhen on his podcast, the former Chelsea star revealed how he reacted to the Saudi Arabia links: "I just thought, 'I just hope he stays at Napoli.' "Or maybe next season, I know you're going to come to Chelsea. I'm telling you, I'm going to be the agent to broker that deal! You are 100 per cent going to Chelsea next season.
"I'm going to make sure that deal happens because we are crying out for someone like you. Since the big man left the club, you know Didier Drogba, my teammate, we haven't had anybody with that figure, that stature, that personality.

Mikel made 372 appearances for Chelsea and had the pleasure of playing alongside Drogba, their Champions League final hero in 2012, on 189 of those occasions. The Blues have struggled as reliable strikers since he left, although Diego Costa was key in two Premier League title wins, with Nicolas Jackson their latest arrival in that role. He scored his seventh goal for the club in their dramatic 4-4 draw with Manchester City on Sunday but Chelsea could still be set to make a move for Osimhen next summer. At the end of the season, he will have just one year remaining on his deal at Napoli so the Blues could therefore make an offer that would be substantially less than what Al Hilal proposed in July.

Ashleyokeneye:

Despite the belief that betting is all about luck, some people think it's possible to develop skills that will help you win. These skills might include understanding the odds, picking winners, and managing your bankroll. There is always a chance that you will lose money in gambling, no matter how skilled and/or lucky you are. So it is safe to say both luck and skills play a role in betting.
What is the best approach to sports betting?

If you’re going to gamble on sports, it’s important to do so responsibly. That means setting a budget and sticking to it. It also means only betting on games that you understand. The more you understand about a sport, the better your chances of winning are.

In addition, when you’re looking for the best odds, different sportsbooks must offer them. Shifting your bets from one book to another can save money in what would have been an expensive bet if they had only given higher numbers!

Finally, the most essential thing to remember about gambling is that you can’t always win. No matter how much skill and/or luck there was in winning the previous hand, eventually, everyone will lose something at some point — it just happens! The best thing one could do would be to accept their losses gracefully without getting angry with themselves over what happened.
If you approach sports gambling responsibly, you can expect to have a lot of fun. You might also win some money, but there will be times when you lose money. And that’s OK! The important thing is to enjoy the experience.

So, the next time you’re feeling down about a sports bet gone bad, remember that it isn’t your fault. You can only control how well you do your research and make smart bets. The outcome is out of your hands. Keep your head up and keep betting — eventually, luck will smile on you again.
