You farm yams, beans, rice, pepper, tomatoes and also the pot too.

CyrusVI:
My worry is that some so-called educated and supposedly logical people here on Nairaland would disregard this, while sticking to and believing what they read on one "Anonymous" group page on Twitter

When I realized that the IQ point of an average Nigerian is 78, I started filtering whose comment to read on NL
This is harsh!

Meanwhile the central actors in that infamous event then are threatening those who are disenchanted against the more worst level of governance they have thereafter reduced the country into .
Politicians, particularly, the Nigerian ones have this challenge, short term memory or amnesia.

Sadly, their stooges will still find a way to defend them.

Wetin man do man.

Even with the videos, some jaundiced party faithfuls will say Sahara Reporter is a liar.

Nigeria is exhausting.

I feel for him.

While you're hated by the government, you're still haunted by fellow poor men, it's hard to break through in a land dotted by envious folks.
Business › Re: Dangote Group Not Selling-off Crude Stocks, Will Deliver Petrol In Aug - The Wil by jojothaiv(m): 11:07pm On Jul 26, 2024
Basicend:
Truth is, if our leaders care for the the citizens, they would have engaged this Dangote refinery for PMS production since Tinubu came into power.

It would have reduced their spending, and end-price of the commodity to consumers, pending when they would be able to establish more refineries to create competition if that is their aim (as they are trying to make us to see).

Instead, they are trying to choke it, and prefers spending even more on PMS importation than Buhari era.

We have a long way to go in this country.

Yes, the man has been a monopolist in some ways, but the priority now should be the gross implication of the leadership decision.
Politics › Re: Why We Won’t Participate In Planned Nationwide Protest – NANS (Video) by jojothaiv(m): 9:00pm On Jul 26, 2024
GENES11S:
This is one of the reasons people don't want to protest.

The country has been hit with the highest inflation in history.

Majority can no longer feed themselves.

They are talking about protest, you decide to make it tribal.

You don't know you are playing to the gallery of politicians. Tribal divide is the tool they use to maintain power.

You are indirectly helping the politicians. Your comment alone is alone to deter many from protecting.

All this anger in your comment now, of what use is it?

The simplest solution to the problem of Nigeria is divide the country. Each tribe will do well on their own.

But politicians will never allow this to happen. Because they get their wealth from our collectiveness.

This is why they plant tribal and religious division amongst us.

One rigion or tribe alone cannot divide this country. It's a dream.

The only option we have is to unite.

Either unite to make the country better or unite to dispossess our oppressors and go our separate ways.

Unfortunately, this too is a dream. Too many ignorant fools (across all tribes) in Nigeria.

The smaller a country, the smaller the number of fools. The larger a country, the larger the number of fools.

Nigeria is a large country, so we have high numbers of foolish people.

High numbers of fools in the Yoruba tribe

High number of fools in the Igbo tribe

High number of fools in the Hausa tribe

Until these fools wake up, the country is doomed.

Unfortunately, fools will always be fools.
What a read!

He's doing a great work and his administration is just a year, no need to summon anybody since he's working tirelessly to restore the already battered Nigerian image.

Nigeria is hilarious

Well, let the journey to nowhere continue

Even the ones that quote you trying to juxtapose some of lesser evils like gambling and are likes are actually not honest with themselves, self discipline is key to everything, another under rated value is moderation.
