Sports / 5 Reasons Why Juventus Will Struggle Against Chelsea by jondabeloved: 12:13pm On Sep 28, 2021
Sparks are set to fly when defending European champions Chelsea make the trip to Turin to take on Juventus on Wednesday night.

Both teams are packed with talent, of course, and have kicked off their 2021-22 Champions League campaigns with maximum points. However, on closer inspection, there seems to be a clear favorite in this fixture, and today we will tell you why that is.

let us check out the top five reasons why Juventus will struggle against Chelsea in the Champions League.

5. Lack of harmony in the Juventus dressing room
Following the 1-1 draw with Milan, which marked Juventus’ worst league start in 60 years, Allegri was furious with his players. He did not think they did enough to make the club proud and let them have a piece of his mind.

Juventus could find it difficult to impose their style of play against a team of Chelsea’s caliber. If Allegri loses his cool once again, it could be more and more difficult for his team to get their things in order. Juventus need unity and cooperation at this point, which is getting more and more difficult to muster.

4. Chelsea determined to bounce back
On Saturday, Chelsea were narrowly beaten by Manchester City at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League. They failed to get a single shot on target against the defending Premier League champions and were beaten by Gabriel Jesus’ goal. Chelsea were a victim of Thomas Tuchel’s overly defensive approach on Saturday, and he is unlikely to repeat the mistake in Turin. Chelsea are desperate to return to winning ways and beating Juventus is the perfect way to make a statement. Chelsea beat Zenit 1-0 at home in the 2021-22 Champions League group stage opener, a fortnight back. The challenge is considerably stiffer this week, but the Blues seem up for it.

3. Chelsea’s bench strength
Chelsea and Juventus are two of the most decorated teams in the world. They know how to attack, how to defend, and how to catch the opposition off-guard. Most of the time, they do so with the help of the bench. Unfortunately for Wednesday’s hosts, Chelsea are considerably ahead of them in this particular area. Thomas Tuchel has the luxury of fielding mildly experimental sides to exploit Juventus’ unexpected defensive vulnerabilities. If they do not work, he can always fall back on tactics that work. Chelsea’s deep bench allows him to be adventurous, something Allegri cannot afford this season.

2. Absence of Paulo Dybala and Alvaro Morata
Cristiano Ronaldo leaving in the summer left a gaping hole in Juventus’ attack. Following the superstar’s departure, Juventus were beaten by Napoli and Empoli consecutively before settling for a draw with Milan in Serie A. Their poor attacking performance improved slightly in the next two games, primarily due to Paulo Dybala. The Argentine suffered a thigh injury following Juventus’ win over Sampdoria last weekend and has been ruled out of the clash against Chelsea.

Former Chelsea forward Morata has also been ruled out of the game after he tore his muscle fiber. Neither is expected to return before the international break in October. Interestingly, both Morata and Dybala were on the scoresheet in Juventus’ Champions League opener against Malmo a couple of weeks ago.

1. Juventus’ poor form in the Serie A
In the 2020-21 Serie A campaign, Inter Milan capitalized on Juventus’ vulnerabilities and beat the Old Lady to the league title. The Nerazzurri broke Juve's nine-year streak, marking a new era in Italian football. The Bianconeri sacked manager Andrea Pirlo following the debacle, bringing Massimiliano Allegri back to Turin.
Unfortunately, Allegri’s return has not done Juventus any favors. The Italian giants only picked up a couple of points from their opening four fixtures, marking their worst ever start to a Serie A campaign this century.

Playing in the Champions League is always special for any team, but this out-of-shape Juventus probably do not have enough to beat the Blues.

Do you think Juventus can shock chelsea tomorrow?

Sports / 5 Managers With The Most Progressive Playing Style In Football Right Now by jondabeloved: 11:35am On Sep 28, 2021
The modern era has some stunning managers in the football world right now. The success of a club depends on the players but a lot of it comes down to the manager's tactics.

Klopp and Guardiola have fluid attacking philosophies
Some of the finest managers in the game have earned fame with their playing style, irrespective of the stature of the players. Ideally, a blend of experience and youth in the squad helps immensely for a manager.

The football world loves attacking-minded managers

Over time, managers have tended to develop and improvise on their tactics but not every one of them always works. Some managers in this era prefer going totally defensive and solely rely on counter-attacks.

5. Gian Piero Gasperini (Atalanta)

Gasperini is one of the oldest managers in the football world right now
Contrary to most Italian managers, Gian Piero Gasperini is a more attack-minded in terms of playing style. The Atalanta head coach normally likes to play with three defenders at the back. He either prefers the 3-4-2-1 or the 3-5-2 formation.

Gasperini's performance has been so good that he ended up winning Serie A Coach of the Year in 2019 and 2020. Under his management, Atalanta have so far scored 390 goals in 195 matches, averaging two goals per match.

4. Julian Nagelsmann (Bayern Munich)

Nagelsmann is one of the youngest managers in the football world right now
At a very young age, Julian Nagelsmann has earned a lot of plaudits for his managerial performances. Football needs more attacking-minded managers and the German is surely one of them.

Nagelsmann too favors playing three at the back but with a lot of pressing involved in his game. The 34-year old was once an assistant to Thomas Tuchel. The young German manager has been touted as the mini-Mourinho in football.

His spell at RB Leipzig was the foundation of his managerial career in football. The former Hoffenheim manager was responsible for taking the Red Bulls to their best finish in the UEFA Champions League. Leipzig reached the semi-finals of the European tournament in the 2019-20 season, making history for the club.

Nagelsmann's impressive performance earned him the chance to become Bayern Munich's manager, replacing Hansi Flick this summer.

3. Hansi Flick (Germany)

The German national team football coach is a well-known name in the history of Bayern Munich. Hansi Flick won the Bundesliga four times as a player with the Bavarian club. He spent more than eight years serving as the German national team's assistant coach from 2006 to 2014.

The former Hoffenheim manager was named as the assistant coach of Bayern Munich under the management of Niko Kovac in July 2019. When the Croatian manager left Bayern in November 2019, Flick was named as the interim manager.

In that very season, the German manager led Bayern to a continental treble, winning the Bundesliga, DFB-Pokal, and the UEFA Champions League. In his reign at Bayern, the club lost only seven games and won seven trophies.

Flick likes to play in a 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1 formation, with a tendency to involve seven players in attack. He even prefers to have ball-playing defenders to serve his cause of an attacking play. With his attacking approach, the German national team will benefit under his tutelage and can become a dangerous team at the 2022 World Cup.

2. Jurgen Klopp (Liverpool)

German managers have quite the attacking approach to the game and Jurgen Klopp is the inspiration for many. Klopp made a name for himself whilst being head coach at Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga.

He won the Bundesliga twice and ended up as the runner-up in the 2012-13 UEFA Champions League despite Dortmund not having the strongest of squads. In 2015, the German joined Liverpool with the Merseyside club hoping to get back to winning silverware.

Like many German managers, Klopp too believes in pressing with intensity. He likes his players to be hard-working, sharp and relentless with their approach. On the attacking side, the former Dortmund manager prefers a direct style of play, creating spaces using one-touch football frequently.

It is due to his smart tactics and consistent preference to attach that he has been a great success at Liverpool. He led the club to their first ever Premier League title in the 2019-20 season and was also responsible for them winning the 2018-19 UEFA Champions League.

Pep Guardiola (Manchester City)

Pep Guardiola has to be arguably the best managers ever in the game of football. His smart intellect, detailed game planning and consistency has made him a great manager over the years.
The Spaniard has brought success to whichever club he has managed to date. The former Barcelona manager won the continental treble in the 2008-09 season with the Catalan club. Post his reign with the Spanish giants, Pep joined as Bayern Munich's manager in the 2013-14 season.

He won seven trophies during his tenure with the Bavarian club, which included three Bundesliga titles. Guardiola became Manchester City's manager in the 2016-17 season. Ever since then, City have been a dominant force in the Premier League.

Courtesy of Guardiola's attacking style, City have reaped a lot of success in the last five seasons. The English club have won the Premier League thrice and ended up winning the FA Cup once under the Spaniard's reign to date.

Sports / 5 Best French Players In The World Right Now (2021)- Pogba At No. 4 by jondabeloved: 5:14pm On Sep 24, 2021
They are stocked to the brim with extremely gifted players. That is true of all departments. France have some of the best defenders, midfielders and forwards in the world. French players ply their trade all across Europe and there'd be at least one of them among the best players in any of the top European leagues.

Without further ado, let's take a look at five of the best French players in the world right now.

5. Raphael Varane (Manchester United)

The French centre-back is one of the most well-rounded defenders in the world. He is technically adept and is generally good in all aspects of his game. Varane has won some of the biggest prizes in football. He was a vital cog in the Real Madrid side that won three back-to-back Champions League titles. Varane also played a major role in France's 2018 World Cup triumph.

4. Paul Pogba (Manchester United)

Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has been having an excellent year. He was arguably France's best player at Euro 2020, scoring one goal and providing one assist in four appearances. But his influence lies beyond the numbers as he orchestrated play for France with aplomb from deep.

He has registered seven assists in five Premier League games so far this season and seems intent on making a statement this season.

3. N'Golo Kante (Chelsea)

The UEFA Champions League Midfielder of the Year, N'Golo Kante was sensational for Chelsea in their 2020-21 Champions League triumph. The defensive midfielder's industry and link-up play were crucial to their cause.

Often lauded for his work ethic and relentlessness, Kante is also an excellent passer of the ball. His movement and ability to carry the ball into the attacking third are qualities that aren't talked about enough.

Kante was a standout performer for France in their 2018 World Cup triumph. The diminutive and soft-spoken midfielder continues to be one of the best in the business.

2. Kylian Mbappe (Paris Saint-Germain)

The electric Kylian Mbappe is a nightmare to defend against. He is excellent with the ball at his feet, is one of the leading causes for twisted ankles in Ligue 1 and is already a prolific goalscorer at the age of 22.

It feels like Mbappe has been around for a very long time but the truth is that he still has the lion's share of his career still ahead of him. The Paris Saint-Germain forward was instrumental in France's 2018 World Cup triumph. He has only gone from strength to strength from that point on.

1. Karim Benzema (Real Madrid)

Karim Benzema will go down in history as one of the finest strikers of his generation. In his younger days, he showcased a great deal of tactical intelligence and maturity to accommodate other world class players in the Real Madrid squad.

He has now taken the job of being the main man at Real Madrid and is doing a stellar job at it. Benzema earned a call-up to the French national side after a six-year absence this summer. He marked his return by scoring four goals in four appearances in the continental competition.

Benzema has been absolutely unstoppable so far this season. Despite being 33-years-old, the Real Madrid striker seems to be playing at the peak of his powers. In seven appearances across all competitions so far, he has scored eight goals and provided seven assists.

Sports / Lukaku Questions The Act Of Taking A Knee Before A Football Match by jondabeloved: 4:22pm On Sep 23, 2021
A spokesperson for the FA told CNN it had contacted Chelsea to arrange a meeting with Lukaku, as has the PFA.

Romelu Lukaku calls on social media bosses to meet players to tackle online abuse

Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku has called for more to be done to tackle racism in football beyond taking the knee.

Although he stopped short of saying he would stop taking the knee before matches like teammate Marcos Alonso, Lukaku did join the Spaniard in questioning the effectiveness of the symbolic gesture.

The 28-year-old focussed on urging social media company bosses to sit down with prominent players and the game's governing bodies to find a way to finally put an end to the incessant abuse that footballers are bombarded with online.

Lukaku believes racism and other forms of discrimination are rife in the sport at present and wants to take a personal stand having suffered racial abuse during his time in Italy with Inter.

Speaking in an interview with CNN, he said: "I have to fight. Because I'm not fighting only for myself. I'm fighting for my son, for my future kids, for my brother, for all of the other players and their kids, you know, for everybody.

"The captains of every team, and four or five players, like the big personalities of every team, should have a meeting with the CEOs of Instagram and governments and the FA and the PFA, and we should just sit around the table and have a big meeting about it.

"How we can attack it straight away, not only from the men's game, but also from the women's game.

"I think just all of us together and just have a big meeting and have a conference and just talk about stuff that needs to be addressed to protect the players, but also to protect fans and younger players that want to become professional footballers."

The Belgium international continued: "If you want to stop something, you can really do it. We as players, we can say: 'Yeah, we can boycott social media,' but I think it's those companies that have to come and talk to the teams, or to the governments, or to the players themselves and find a way how to stop it because I really think they can."

Asked about his feelings on taking the knee, Lukaku added: "I think we can take stronger positions, basically.

"Yeah, we are taking the knee, but in the end, everybody's clapping but ... sometimes after the game, you see another insult."

That echoes the sentiment of his teammate Alonso, who has stopped taking the knee because he feels the gesture is "losing a bit of strength" - although he declined to discuss the decision with his teammates or manager first.

Tuchel is proving to be the most tactical manager in the world presently. I have never saw guardiola so clueless when facing a team before. He has tried all tactics and fail woefully scoring only one goal against chelsea.
He has played chelsea with no striker, with two striker, with no DM all to no avail. This continuous headache tuchel is giving guardiola will make him overthink again this weekend maybe he will play a defender in the top9 and lose yet again. The chelsea train is well drilled and i don't see any team stoping them at the moment.

Sports / Pep Guardiola Vs Thomas Tuchel: Complete Head-To-Head Record by jondabeloved: 2:44pm On Sep 23, 2021
The rivalry between Pep Guardiola and Thomas Tuchel is becoming more and more storied.

battles between Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund, and Manchester City and Chelsea. While results were decidedly one sided over in Germany, the tide has been turning ever since Tuchel arrived at Stamford Bridge.

Here's how Guardiola and Tuchel have fared when their teams have battled it out in the past.

1. Bayern Munich 4-1 Mainz (19/10/2013)
Guardiola was at the beginning of his Bayern stint here, and the team at his disposal was pretty immense.

2. Mainz 0-2 Bayern Munich (22/3/2014)
The return fixture proved to be one of Tuchel's final games at Mainz, as he left at the end of the season.

3. Bayern Munich 5-1 Borussia Dortmund (4/10/2015)
Tuchel's next job came at Borussia Dortmund, where he replaced Jurgen Klopp who had seen BVB finish seventh after two title wins and two second place finishes.

4. Borussia Dortmund 0-0 Bayern Munich (5/3/2016)
This was hardly an enthralling contest between Germany's two biggest clubs, but it did yield Tuchel's first league point against Guardiola.

5. Bayern Munich 0-0 Borussia Dortmund (4-3 on penalties) (21/5/2016)
The third meeting between the two sides in 2015/16 came in the DFB-Pokal final, and Bayern continued Guardiola's unbeaten run over Tuchel with victory on penalties.

6. Chelsea 1-0 Manchester City (17/4/2021)
Tuchel and Guardiola's first meeting in England came in the FA Cup semi finals, and it gave the former his first ever victory over the latter.

7. Manchester City 1-2 Chelsea (8/5/2021)

This was probably the point where the odds on Chelsea winning the 2020/21 Champions League final started to drop. City remained the favourites, but Tuchel had now beaten Guardiola's outfit twice with his Blues.

8. Manchester City 0-1 Chelsea (29/5/2021)

Tuchel stretched his record against Guardiola's City to three wins from three games with his Chelsea with the grandest victory of them all.

Chelsea face Manchester city on saturday

Education / Can Animals Suffer From Depression? (find Out) by jondabeloved: 11:24am On Feb 05, 2021
Yes, animals can also suffer from depression, at least that’s what the experts say. Veterinarians have concluded that cats and dogs suffer from a seasonal disorder in winter.

How do these disorders manifest themselves?

As in the case of humans, the disorder manifests itself through an apathetic, lethargic, tiredness and physical exhaustion.

Owners argue, for example, that their pets are less enthusiastic when they see them coming home. In the case of cats, the hours in which they are very active change.

There is no doubt that depressive states are caused by the weather outside. When the day is shorter, outside is cloudy and cold, pets also suffer.

Fortunately, there seems to be a solution for these states as well. There are fluorescent lamps specially designed for dogs and cats, which illuminate the room and can make your pet feel better!

Romance / 10 Characteristics Of Mentally Strong People by jondabeloved: 11:39am On Oct 30, 2020
When life knocks you down, are you quick to pick yourself up and adapt to the circumstances? Or do you find yourself completely overwhelmed with little confidence in your ability to deal with the challenge?

Our resilience is often tested when life circumstances change unexpectedly and for the worse — such as the death of a loved one, the loss of a job, or the end of a relationship. Such challenges, however, present the opportunity to rise above and come back even stronger than you were before.

Mental Strength is the capacity of an individual to deal effectively with stressors, pressures, and challenges and perform to the best of their ability, irrespective of the circumstances in which they find themselves (Clough, 2002).
Signs of Mental Strenght

1. Not chasing validation from other people.

Self-validation is what truly matters to them.

2. Trying to rationalize their problems.

They don’t allow negative or overwhelming emotions to overshadow their judgment.

3. Seeing constructive criticism as a valuable feedback.

An opportunity for growth and personal development.

4. Not getting riled up over unconstructive criticism (or trying not to).

Because someone who is taking their time just to say something negative to another person is neither worth the mental energy nor the time of the emotionally strong people.

5. Embracing adversity.

Emotionally strong people regard the hardships of living as necessary elements of life, leading towards a stronger and wiser version of themselves.

6. Having an optimistic or positive mindset.

If your inner world is already gloomy or dark inside, even the sun shining for you every day won’t be able to cheer you up.

7. Not allowing the fear to paralyze them.

8. Keeping in mind that one’s mistakes do not define them.

9. Focusing on finding solutions instead of endlessly crying over their problems and blaming everyone else for them.

10. Remaining grateful.

Nothing shatters a person inside like always directing their attention to what they lack while completely ignoring what they have.

Travel / One Little Mistake That Could Cause An Accident Or Take Your Life by jondabeloved: 10:58am On Oct 27, 2020
Objects lodged under brake pedal can be risky and may lead to an accident. If you think you cannot be hurt by loose objects during a car accident, think again

Always remember to never keep objects in the driver’s foot-space because these items can move and reduce your ability to use the pedals.

They may get lodged under either the brake or the gas pedal, causing the driver to possibly lose control which could ultimately lead to a possible wrongful death accident.

When the foot is moved from the accelerator pedal to the brake pedal, especially when going over a bump, the heel portion of the shoes can easily become loose. The heel of the shoe will fall below the brake pedal at this stage, causing an obstruction.

When the brake is obstructed when the vehicle is speeded up, it could lead to a serious accident

Canned or bottled drinks left on the vehicle floor can slide over to the underside of the driver's brake pedal,

where it can get lodged when the vehicle is in motion, thereby causing the brakes to be non-operable.

You should always keep the inside of your car clean and organized.

Being aware of everything under your seat can prevent a car accident caused by a loose object.

An empty bottle, tennis ball, or various objects can move from under the seat and cause a pedal jam and lead to a car accident.

Health / Health Benefits Of The Banana Fruit You Didn’t Know by jondabeloved: 3:15pm On Oct 26, 2020
Banana is one of nature’s sweetest foods-packed with a lot of surprising health benefits. For most people, banana is only known for its great source of potassium. What is unknown is that banana can actually help combat depression, make you smarter, cure hangovers, relieve morning sickness, protect against kidney cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis, and blindness.

In addition, eating bananas could help lower blood pressure and reduce the risks of cancer and asthma as well,

Unarguably, these might seem too much to be true; but it is actually what it.

Here are some of the unimaginable health benefits of banana

1. Potassium

Although a lot of people know that bananas are very rich in potassium, they still cannot tell the importance of potassium to the human body.. Potassium, as a mineral, helps maintain fluid levels in the body and regulates the movement of nutrients and waste products in and out of cells. It also helps in the contracting of muscles as well as the responding of nerve cells. It keeps the heart beating regularly and can reduce the effect of sodium on blood pressure. Studies have also shown that potassium may reduce the risk of kidney stones.

2. Source of energy

Professional athletes will tell you that when it comes to dishing out energy, banana is king. Two bananas, before a strenuous workout is enough to pack energy punch and sustain your blood sugar. Another interesting quality of banana is that it protects against muscle cramps during workouts and nighttime leg cramps as well.

3. Cures and protect against ulcer

Regular consumption of banana may help protect against stomach ulcers, because over time bananas thicken the protective mucus barrier in the stomach, which prevents damage from hydrochloric acid.

Banana is also known to contain protease inhibitors that help eliminate stomach bacteria which can cause stomach ulcers.

4. Treats hangover

If you were told that banana can actually get rid of the morning inconvenience that comes after the night groove, would you believe?

Well, you should; because a couple of bananas blended with ice, berries and coconut milk or cow’s milk makes a really good hangover recovery drink.

In as much as the better solution is not to drink so much the night before, it is advisable to have some bananas and coconut milk around to help you with the morning trouble just in case.

5. Combat depression

As funny as this may sound, it is actually true. Bananas help overcome depression due to high levels of tryptophan, which is converted into serotonin — the happy-mood brain neurotransmitter.

Eating banana also improves your mood and helps reduce PMS symptoms, which regulates blood sugar and produces stress-relieving relaxation.

6. Fights cancer

According to recent Japanese animal research, bananas that are fully ripe (with dark spots) have been observed to produce a compound called TNF–a.

TNF–a, on the other hand, is a cytokine that is believed to have the potential to increase white blood cell count. This, in return, helps enhance our immunity and combat cancerous cell changes.

7. It improves digestion

How many of us know the importance of fiber? Do we even know that fiber is needed to help food travel smoothly through the digestive tract and also improves our bowel movement?

Well, banana is a great source of dietary fiber, which means they help improve digestion.
