Since we know they are both parties, The 2nd "P" in PDP is a constant and so may not be included in the equation. OR we may as well say APC"P" = PD"P"
"P" = Party
Divide both sides of the equation by the constant "P".
Resulting in APC = PD
This means that if A+P+C = x, Also P+D must be equal to x
Meaning A+P+C = P+D
Using the alphabet A -Z numbers, whereby A = 1 and Z=26
Substituting letters with their corresponding numbers.
A,P,C = 1,16,3
P,D= 16,4
A+P+C = 1+16+3 = 20
P+D= 16+4 = 20
Therefore APC = PDP

You may want to explain more, with direct scriptural evidence.

The reason why I said that women should not wear trousers is that we read “A woman shall not wear a man's garment, nor shall a man put on a woman's cloak, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord your God” (Deuteronomy 22:5).
there is no reason provided for this rule, but it occurs within a series of rules about public behaviour and respect for others, so it is probably a rule against breaking down accepted sexual barriers to the detriment of social attitudes about purity and respect between men and women. This is certainly a biblical principle.

In the New Testament, Paul writes that...women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with propriety and moderation, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly clothing, but, which is proper for women professing godliness, with good works. (1 Timothy 2:9-10).

The biblical principle is that, in whatever culture we may live, we should observe high standards of public decency and especially keep our dress standards free from any overt and tempting sexual message.
the Bible is direct when it come to things like this

Gana was decree wanted by the police, all he needed to do is to surrender himself to the police, the police will take him to the court, it is after the court fate that the executive will switch in executive pardon.
the case of boko haram is different from Gana in the sense that they didn't come out from the bush to meet the governor, they surrender to Nigeria arms force before the governor comes with the pardon.
