Should I go ahead?!!!!!......can I send the seller my p.o box? and postal code together?...

I am not in Nigeria so, i sincerely don't know how they fund Neteller over there. But, in EU. We use our credit card or walk to d bank to deposit into Neteller. As per varification, except their rule has change. They only accept international passport

To be able to deposit, you need a visa/master card or Netteller why if you wants to deposit with naira master/visa card, you must have a dormiciliary account that you can withdraw your winning to. As of d Netteller, it is just like paypal. They started accepting Nigerian's this year in JUNE.
