I think a battle of industrialization and economies is far more important than using aid money to force up empty skyscrapers.

Even when the states budget are added, it's still not convincing. Not to mention that the states budgets in Nigeria are grossly over proposed and many if not all the states still rely on the Federal government allocation.
It's not even half perfect.

And just for a reminder, you lead in the number of poor folks in the world!

Come up with any infrastructure rankings and then we compare!

Our logistics rankings dwarfs many nations in Africa including Nigeria. I wonder how we score highly in this sector with yet our dilapidated infrastructure!

Yes our budget is small because we don't pay tax. Our tax to GDP is probably one of the lowest in the world... We are glad that by next year tax will be aggressively collected with the new law and implementation put in place which is expected to kick off in 2020...

Is your tax money not suppose to reflect in your infastructure? SA that collect decent tax we see it in her infastructure but In Your case it is lacking

Why borrow aggressively to fund every little project as though not even a cent is regularly been collected from you?

What is the essence of paying tax and having a supposedly decent budget when your paved road network still remains mockingly at 7% since independence (over 56 years) with about 4% of that 7% in bad condition? (Honestly I can't imagine what you people are going through. Road must be hell over there with so many bare soil that has never taste bitumen)

What is the essence of paying tax and having a decent budget that funds Kenyatta and his cohorts luxurious trip to Namibia, Carribbean, Emirates, Asia just for holiday?

kenya has other cities like Mombasa,Kisumu,Nakuru,Eldoret etc but most of Kenyas skyscrapers are in the capital city. Nairobi alone has more Skyscrapers than the entire West Africa combined.

We have countries having more smaller GDP's than them and conducting more serious budgets, why is their big GDP not giving them cash for financing a huge budget?

Look, South Africa's GDP is smaller than theirs but they are doing a budget of more than 100 billion US dollars. Why not Nigeria?

That GDP is just upped by oil receipts. I'd like to know how much revenues Nigeria collects in one financial year. Can you give me such data in USD?

With a 700 billion USD military budget. USA have all the money to play with. When it comes to capital,they could fund anything. It's good seeing that the Russians can build good hardware with not so much. Like we can compare the Apache to the Mi 28/29, the F35 to the Sukhoi and the Patriot missile to the S400 and Russia might edge the US a little bit or tie up with them!

The Russians don't have alot of cash for their military endeavours like the Americans. So opted for the most cheap and effective technology..la missiles. An they are good at it..
Other day was watching one of ths crazy channels and we're suggesting that Russian could be having the s700 ..I was like ths missiles will they launch themselves and then start a conversion BTW them on the way..way to go guys..
