Iliax Moriba offers nothing.
Nothing.

We lost the league to fvcking Granada and Cadiz FFS!!
Koeman has blood on his hands really and to think from all indications he will most likely continue next season.
I can't cry.

Hopefully they win the league.
Better Atleti than Real Madrid.

If this would mean Koeman would be sacked then so be it abeg.

I honestly can't understand the rationale behind the stupid coaches Barca employ.
Being a barca coach is made easier with Messi in the team, the coach's job is to get the ball to Messi in dangerous positions closer to the opposition's box
Guardiola did this perfectly hence why Messi was a beast at the time. We have tactically inept coaches and it explains why Messi has to beat 6 players to even have a chance at goal against big teams. Against Psg, Messi's goal was from a long way out, against Madrid he couldn't couldn't get close to the box without taking out 3 players at least, against Atleti we know the story.
It's sad and Laporta has a huge job to do in appointing our next manager.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by jonsnow92: 7:50am On May 10, 2021
Even if Madrid drop points and Atleti and we win the league, its clear we are not the best team in the league and Koeman idiot has to get the hell out.
We can't hide under the guise of rebuilding, we were supposedly rebuilding with Enrique in his first season after a trophy less season, we were whitewashed 7 nil 2 seasons prior.
Enrique came in and we won the treble, didn't freeze anyone out, even Xavi was used despite it being his last season.
Koeman is just a fool with pride.

homesteady:
Concerning Pjanic, I know that he had some bad games, but why has Keoman totally frozen him out of the team? Is it because he complained that he wants to play more?

With the games that he played, he displayed some good skills that a good coach would have utilized to make the team more dynamic. But No! Keoman the fat big baby likes holding a grudge even to the detriment of the team.

Keoman did not even give him a chance since when they switched to the 3 - 5 - 2 formation.
There's a reason Joaquin hates the name Koeman, if he continued as Valencia manager he would have finished Joaquin's career at the time.
He so stubborn with no achievements, no tactics, no game plan, nothing.
Just grudges, pass to messi and Insha Allah.
Messi had to beat 6 players to have our only really clear chance.
Its sad.

Everybody is just waiting for Messi.
No system no structure.
We are playing Atleti with 2 entirely useless midfielders.
Iliax and Pedri
It is really finished.

nah you are the stupid one
can't puig play dm? no
Don't be myopic
Dejong is the one playing DM while Moriba is playing as the RM which Puig can play better.
I'm all for winging it but I don't know what Iliax has ever offered, he should be introduced sparingly to grow but of course alakori Koeman keeps bringing him on to spite Puig.

Which better?..Dest has offered nothing going forward.
Wing backs are supposed to double as wingers and offer width, Messi would hold the ball and Dest won't even move.
I'm tired tbh.

We're lucky to have finished this first half still 0 - 0

Dembele should be brought in asap. We are not making any inroads in attack.

Our five defenders are not doing us any good either. So it is pointless to keep them there.
He should take out Minguefool and bring in Dembele.
I seriously don't get the rationale behind the formation tbh
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by jonsnow92: 4:07pm On May 08, 2021
Stupid Koeman is a stubborn and foolish manager.
The same nonsense he did against Real Madrid by playing 3 CBs in the first half, he's repeating the trash again.
Whether he wins the league or not. HE'S NOT A BARCA WORTHY MANAGER.

Tomorrow is the best chance for Madrid to drop points, they are fatigued. If Sevilla plays well, Madrid is there for the taking.

Like he was the one who asked Lenglet to goan foolishly grab Ramos in the first Classico.
LOL
Singlet is not Barca standard we know but I maintain that Koeman is more reactive than Proactive in big games.
We had no biz loosing against Madrid last month, I can even excuse the games we played earlier in the season because he had not passed his message across to his players enough but if he looses today then he should just leave honourably. LORD VALVERDE self dey palapala Madrid and Atleti steady.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by jonsnow92: 12:07pm On May 08, 2021
3 hours to go.
If Koeman looses then he should just gladly resign, to hell with team building, it will be unacceptable to lose all games played against Real Madrid and Atleti in a single season.

If he wins and we win the league then he deserves another season even though I feel he crumbles in big games.

The Messi goal against Nigeria in 2018 was majestic, i didnt know when i shouted goal and gave a standing ovation.
I'll pick Argentina over Nigeria any day when it comes to football.

Career › Meet The Man Dada Awosika SAN Designate by jonsnow92(op): 2:54pm On Nov 14, 2020
The Citation of Dada Adekunle Awosika.

There is no way the citation of Mr Dada Adekunle Awosika will be eloquently written without an opening reference to the evergreen lines of the Bard of Elizabethean era, Williams Shakespeare, wherein he surmised that: "some people are born great; some achieve greatness while some have greatness thrust on them.''

Extended further, the opening quote gives birth to another issue as per where to properly situate Mr Awosika in the context of the Shakespearean quote.

Well, for those who are conversant with the trajectory of Mr Awosika's story, it is not a complex analysis to know and note that he's someone who achieved greatness by the sheer grace of God and dint of hardowrk.

All immodesty cast aside, Mr Awosika's, our newly minted Senior Advocate of Nigeria, fresh from the factory, is a legal dynamite who has excelled in many areas of the legal profession since he was called to Bar about over two decades ago.

The new man of Silk, who hails from Ondo town in Ondo State, had his Secondary education at Salahudeen Grammar School, Osogbo, Osun state, where he had his West African Senior School Certificate in 1985 before proceeding to Ogun State University, now Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, where he bagged his LL.B Hon in 1996.

While at Ago Iwoye, he took courses in Law of Contract, Law of Torts, Criminal Law, Commercial Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Property Law, Equity and Trust, Banking and Insurance Law, Environmental Law, Jurisprudence and Legal Theory.

He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1997 after completing the compulsory one year Law School where he studied Legal Drafting and Conveyance, Company Law and Practice, Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, Professional Ethics, Law Office Management and Solicitors' Accounts.

A decade later, determined not to rest on the already acquired legal laurels, Awosika became Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England wherein he studied Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Property Law & Practice and Professional Conducts & Accounts.

The implication of the above is that Awosika can practise Law in Nigeria as well as in the United Kingdom thus conferring on him the privilege meant for some exclusive set of Nigerians. No doubt, only diligence and commitment to the profession earned him this enviable privilege. It does not come easy.

Again, in pursuit of higher degrees in the arcane area of Law, in 2015, he concluded his Special Executive Master’s Program on International Business Law, at Metropolitan School of Business and Management in the United Kingdom.

Before then, as a way of diversifying his academic spectrum and to provide an alternative to what Law could offer, Awosika bagged an FIATA Diploma in Freight and Forwarding which he added to his skills in 2006 as well as Advance Diploma in AITA/FIATA Freight Forwarding in the same year.

Since 2011, till date, he has been running his Chambers D.A Awosika & Partners where he is involved in Maritime and Admiralty practice, Commercial, Tax and Corporate Practice and Land Litigations.

Without being immodest, the newest S.A.N in town is a leading litigation expert in Copyright and Collective Management Regime in Nigeria while he also provides legal advice to corporate clients on a wide range of legal issues, just to mention a few.

It needs be stated without equivocation that Mr Awosika is a defence counsel in criminal matters of note, most of which are handled pro bono publico. There are several legal testaments that underscore Mr Awosika's legal dexterity and expertise in this regard. Perhaps when his autobiography or biography is written some other day, God's willing, a good number of the decided cases may be mentioned.

Well, D. A Awosika & Partners did not just happen. It's a product of meticulous planning and learning which required that Mr Awosika worked elsewhere to garner a gamut of experiences which he readily deplores today to his advantage.

To start with, he acquired immeasurable experience working with some firms which include Professor A B Kasunmu SAN’s Chambers [Barristers & Solicitors] where he served as Associate Senior Counsel from 1996 to 2003.

From there he joined Corporate Eye Securities services Ltd, Knocklyon, Dublin16, Ireland where he served as Legal Counsel/Comapny Secretary till 2004 before s serving as In-house Legal Counsel at Citco Fund Services Dublin Ltd, IFSC Dublin 1, Ireland from 2004 to 2007.

East or West, home is always home. Mr Awosika later returned to Nigeria to become Management Partner at Lawline Solicitors till 2010 before the establishment of D.A Awosika & Partners established in 2010 as earlier mentioned.

Currently, D.A Awosika $ Partners had 15 lawyers on its payroll. In addition to that, the founder, Mr Awosika, has over 20 assistant staff also gainfully employed in the firm, reputed to be one of the very best law firms on the Mainland in Lagos State.

In any case, the versatility of Mr Awosika is not limited to his erudition in Law alone. He is also IT compliant; he holds European Computer Driving Licence (ECD) with expertise in Microsoft word processing, spreadsheets, database, excel, Presentation (PowerPoint) and internet.

Well-rooted at home and exposed abroad, his recent international conferences and workshops include Commonwealth Lawyers Association Conference, Scotland in 2015 and International Bar Association Conference, Buenos Aires in 2013.

Awosika holds membership in the Nigeria Bar Association, International Bar Association and Institute of Directors.

Well, Mr Awosika is not for Law alone. He also does some stuff outside his area of core competence. These extra curricular activities are Reading Law journals, Photography, Jogging and soccer. He is also a Volunteer with Free Legal Advice Centre where he provides free legal advice to members of the public.

Some folks only know Mr Awosika as a legal guru. There is more to this amazing personality than the Law. He is equally a quiet philanthropist who currently sponsors about 50 persons in school (higher institutions even abroad, secondary and primary school).

In the last 5years, he has actively engaged in pro-bono and created a department for same in his office which has seen not less than 100 indigent citizens out of prison ranging from Magistrates to the Supreme Court. The Records are there in Ibara, Oba and Ilaro Correctional Centres of Ogun State; Ikoyi and Kiriki Centre of Lagos State; Olokuta Correctional Centre Ibadan; Afao Correctional Centre in Ekiti State, to mention just a few.

Also interesting to note about this amiable personality is his commitment, love and bond to his family. Happily married to Yetunde Awosika (Nee. Allison) who he always refer to as "Ife mi" and blessed with children.

With his experience and expertise in the legal profession, Mr Awosika in 2020 applied to be elevated to the revered rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), which the Legal Committee has since found him worthy to be adorned with the prestigious title.

Ladies and gentlemen, I invite you all to welcome Mr Awosika into the exclusive club of the S.A.Ns in Nigeria.
