The only way I can give my Kudos to that policy is if a careful research is carried out before admission is given out by painstakingly checking through the certificates of those that truly schooled in the ELDs otherwise it remains a nonsense policy.

How can I sit in a class with a dude from one of the ELDs [I live in lagos] and then we both go for the post-utme and he gains some sort of favour while I'm sidelined. C'mon we were both taught in the same urban area and school or does the brain state that one is from 'Anambra' and the other from 'Borno' so being from 'Anambra' which happens not to be an ELD makes me automatically better than the other?? So, who's bias??

benromeo39: well, the general performance is quite poor, ur chances of getting the course is 65:35, u are the 65. Ur state is ELD Just pray and try to come here as often as possible for updates.
