Politics › Re: Peter Obi Rejects Tribunal Judgement, Heads To Supreme Court (Video) by Jostoman: 7:30pm On Sep 07, 2023
Treadway:
Not a wise move PO. You have done your best. We that supported you too have fought the good fight and can say we tried. Let Nigeria and Nigerians deal with the monsters they have made. You will achieve absolutely nothing at the supreme court.

It's a simple stuff, you no join dabaru the country, let those who dabarued it continue to dabaru it or at least be on the hot seat to fix their mess. No be you wey no know anything about the gargantuan mess they have made, should now be fighting tooth and nail to be in the line of fire, for who or what...Nigerians? Abiola wey do aluta continua for Nigerians sake was killed like a chicken. No heads rolled! Anyone who has his ear should tell him not to waste any more time or resources on this venture.

Nuff said!
your advice is nonsense, let him try his luck in supreme court. He who laugh last can still laugh best.

Time to call this man fake bishop and cancel him

Nzogbu nzogbu would not take anybody anywhere in Nigeria politics

It only works in the region where people believe in emotions
we cannot accept that daylight rubbery judgement from injustice Tsammani

hush15:
Why do you us Nigerians to accept something that's force on us. How about you plead with them to respect Nigerians wishes...

Nigerians know who the winner is and as far am concerned, alike with millions of Nigerians, Tinubu didn't win that election and cannot be recognized as that.

It's obvious that APC and its BAT have infiltrated the Judiciary and they have been compromised. No problem, we didn't expect any better and I don't think his government will be any either. He can have his lies and whatever rocks his boat. Even though surround may tarry with the night, our joy will come in due time and it will never be well those that make Nigerians suffer for their selfish gains.

They should stop asking or making demands from people they have no regards for.
we can not accept that rubbery.

Politics › Re: "We Will Retire Atiku To Fombina" - VP Shettima Jokes After Tribunal Victory by Jostoman: 12:26pm On Sep 07, 2023
Ofunaofu:
The same VP Shettima whose double nomination case was defended by Justice Tsammani of the PEPT.

Nigerians and indeed the entire world watch in consternation how Justice Tsammani defended Shettima eligibility case by simply saying that Shettima double nomination was not intentional

One now wonders whether judgements are been delivered based on intentions and emotions instead of facts and law
that part really weak me yesterday. Imagine a judge abandon his job turn himself to lawyer defending his client in the court. Most of these nigeria judges have sold their soul to satan.
Politics › Re: Any Results Manipulation Was In Favour Of LP - Tribunal Judge, Moses Ugo by Jostoman: 8:49am On Sep 07, 2023
Nemere2020:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BDmX20MK4EU?si=x-HWnCMZY1D3j_Bs

I shall randomly pick up the results of some States of the Federation.

First I take Abia State, there the alleged 2nd respondent (Tinubu), the alleged favoured Candidate of INEC only gathered a miserly 8,914 votes against LP who scored 327,095 votes and PDP scored 22,676 votes and was recorded by INEC. Those votes were almost three times the number of votes of 2nd respondent for whom the petitioners INEC purportedly shut down the IReV on behalf of.

In Enugu State, the also "favoured" Candidate of INEC, as alleged by the petitioners, was credited by INEC to have scored only 4,772 votes in the entire State, while the LP was credited by the "manipulative and unfriendly
INEC" according to them to have scored 428,690 votes, the PDP 15,745 votes. The LP's vote is also almost 3 times the number of the so-called INEC's "favoured" 2nd respondent.

The 1st petitioner also won big in Anambra, the home State of 2nd respondent where he once held sway (Lagos) and even the Headquarters of the 1st respondent (INEC), the 2nd respondent could not even make 25%.

If all these results declared by INEC for each of the states for the two sets of petitioners and 2nd respondent is anything to go by, then INEC must be an ‘abysmally poor manipulator’ or even an 'imbecilic one.'
if inec had spent the 350million given to them and transmitted the results from poling unit to the server in the real time all the candidate would have know their fate immediately after the election.

..that is it ... anyone iINEC declares the winner of presidential election...case closed...it will be difficult to upturn the victory of the person in court...so court is just a waste of time...our judiciary and judges are corrupt... going to court is a waste of time and money

Politics › Re: "Nawa O" —davido Reacts To Ongoing Presidential Tribunal Judgment by Jostoman:
What does judiciary and their highest bidder judges really want?

Atiku instituted this case before election judges called Atiku busy body and also fine atiku 10million

Atiku instituted the same case at the tribunal, those highest bidder judges said it is a pre-election matter.

Later now they we be telling us to continue praying for a country that cannot organise ordinary free and fair election.

A country that that the justice system is dead and buried.
