Any GOC of a division is big.
Lagos Governor dare not question the GOC 81 Division in the manner he moves around the state.

The Deputy Governor is quite silly, and anyone who thinks he does not have any power is sillier.

I know how the Barracks was always out to impress when the Governor came visiting ( during my time with the Army)

The person was Commander 9 Brigade Ikeja Cantonment. The Deputy Governor can’t do much.
