The women who were most impacted by the situation should have used the energy to rally for help from all of those around. They seemed more connected to the building that was on fire than the many passerbys appeared to be. And as such would have at least asked those walking by for help obtaining buckets getting water and putting the fire out. Standing in front of the building as it burned and chanting incantations like that made me even suspect they may have something to do with the fire..

I believe you get the point I am trying to make even though u will still want to argue.

So as big as that building, and the adjoining buildings (that the fire will likely get to when fuly expand), your common sense is telling u that it's only that 2 women who were praying that are directly connected to the building!
