The foregoing is a conviction that echoes on my mind whenever I come across an employment testimony on nairaland job section or any other forum....so it did happen after all.
Barely two weeks ago, I got an information from a fellow nairalander @ joyglitters about a coy in Lagos Mainland that was looking to hire fresh graduates so I decided to give it a try. Got an invite a few days later, underwent their recruitment process successfully and got the job afterwards.
My utmost appreciation to God. Also wish to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU with abundant appreciation to Seun for such a wonderful forum, @ joyglitters without whom I wudnt av gotten the job and everyone who contributed on the thread below..

A company's interview is slated for 23rd in lagos and naf test on 24th (kd centre) and i prefer naf to d company's job but am afraid i shouldnt lose both ways if peradventure naf didnt shortlist me at d end cos of d politics surrounding their enlistment.
From d look of things i will forego d company's interview.

xcitedjay: I'm from Bayelsa. They attended to us earlier than some of the other states cause we weren't thαt much. Just 11 of us. Α lot of peeps have only one attestation letter. I don't think they checked thαt today, αt least they didn't even look αt mine. Maybe they'd tαkє α look αt that at a later date.

Secondly, i have PMP,QHSE level 3 and 2,NEMA (professional certificates) and a reference letter from the chairman of Nigerian Society of Engineer, Osun State Branch confirming me as a registered member. Will these additional certificates and reference letter cover my weak point of having P7 in my O'level. Your ideas on this issue are highly honoured and appreciated. Thanks.

If I may advice,I tink u sud go write another SSCE to supliment wat u v now.cos nt creditin english ll pose a problem alwaz esp durin recruitments. If askd by an employer y u v an SSCE result after graduating,u can then explain dat prior to dis time,crediting english was nt a Perquisite for getin admission in ur chosen course. All d best

mimzy007: Novelty you're wlc. Apart frm the Gmat tests our bro sent the other time we have failed to get samples frm past Naf tests. If you haven't gotten the one he sent I'll be glad to send it to you, you can add that to other Gmat tests you can find. That's our best bet.
