The "Awaiting Confirmation" notification you see on your dashboard is general as it shows on everyone's page, and it does not really mean a thing as long as your uploaded documents are VISIBLE or showing on the "Upload Documents" page.

Print your "Photo Card," you will need it to sit for the English proficiency test by September/October. The "Eligibility Form" is NOT important at this moment until you have secured admission next year. The ONLY important forms/pages to print at this application point are the Transcript Label Form, and Photo Card. Every other forms are unnecessary until one has secured admission.

No need to panic. I believe the deadline will be extended, at least for the sake of those that have paid but still facing technical hitches. But, that does not mean those applicants facing challenges should be so relaxed; keep trying everyday especially at night or early in the morning.

As for those still confused on how to access and print their Transcript Label Form: go to your dashboard and click on "Preview;" scroll to the option written "Transcript Label Form" and click to open it. Print it and take it to your alma mater; it should be attached to your Transcript after the necessary payments.
Print your "Photo Card" by following same process given above.
