But d contraction was not painful so I was dilating like 1cm every 2 to 3 hours so by 6pm I was 7cm dilated and d pain come serious na so I say Abeg epidural. Dem put the thing break my water and by 7:40 my baby boy appeared weghing 3.7kg looking cute and no tear. 2am Nigerian time for 4th.

I ate lots of pineapple during my 2nd trimester, but when I read that it was not good I stopped eating it. Now am in my 3rd Trimester, I will show pinneapple pepper when am getting close to my due date.

body system differs that's y it's better to stay off, I also ate pineapples well in my first preg & i dint experience any contractions but wt dis one, it triggers contraction. I plan to start eatin it wella now, hope it works

1. I get hungry too often.. What can I be putting in my bag to chew on.. What's safe?
2. I should be eating fruits.. I eat bananas, avocado pears once in a while and mangoes.. I want to expand this list.. Which fruits are safe to include?

here's what I do, d key is moderation.

1. nuts.. (groundnut, cashewnut,walnut etc ), cucumber, garden eggs, water.
2. all fruits are safe except unripe pawpaw & pineapple, eat dem only to Induce contractions

I washed all of my baby clothes, socks, caps etc & used wrappers to cover d front of d baby dryer so dat way dey got dried & neighbors had no idea of wat was hanged.

Pyrimethamine( metaprim) is used for those that react to fansidar. It's taken one weekly. I doubt sha if IPT is given after 36weeks. Sorry abt d malaria. Pls tk d lonart o!and get well soon.

Imagine! My gynae gave me both fansidar n metaprim o, I jus troway d fansidar tk only d metaprim.

Sorry dear, that rat bothered me when I was 3 months. Mehn I hated being me then but it left. I honestly don't know any remedy for it because whatever I ate felt like it was stuck on my throat and I always forced myself to throw up after eating. Try eating soft food and chew on sugar free mint gums.

abeg, i wan rant..

mhennn, I feel sooo heavy already & extremely lazy, can hardly cook or do chores sef. if i stand for long, i feel dizzy, my vijay go dey do like say e wan fall out & my waist strts to ache. If i sit nko, to stand up na serious matter. Had several painful contractions on Saturday in my lower abdomen after kpekusing & eating pineapples wey i been dey chop wella o, had to lie down for d rest of d day, i was so scared.. had to talk to baby to stil bake well o. thnk God am fine now tho am havin mild sore throat.. my stomach hardens like no man's biz & i get so uncomfortable & gassy.. is this braxton hicks? Cant remember feelin dis way in my last preg. I eat only once a day o, anytin after 3pm, i wont b able to sleep at night.. like yst, I ate few table spoons of jollof rice around 8pm & was stil shinin eye at 2am & my LO was busy stretching all my stomach & makin me sooo uncomfortable it is well! Supernatural delivery to all of us pushin mamas & may God open d book of remembrance for our fruitful sisters sama dem wit multiples so dey can also go tru dis swt experience, amen.

PS.. abeg PH mamas, where I fit buy correct homemade soups(veg, egusi, ofada etc) in bulk? Or if u know anyone who makes & does home delivery, make una contact me ooo.. plsss

@Joysa, don't knw of the recent standings of kelsey harrison. Tried using them in 2014, but couldn't handle the delay, mayb cos d free medical affected it. They have a protocol of booking for an appointment before u see a Dr., if u miss the one already given, u will have to book again for ur next visit, went there so many times but couldn't achieve my aim. U can go to the hospital n get more details, I knw they are quite friendly.

Yeah, I did.. their service was ok, they attended to me well but I wasn't impressed. .I prefer a big hospital where there would be many doctors.. it's just a bungalow with about 2 or 3 doctors. ..

I'm planning to register at Obio as a backup. . My two friends gave birth there and no stories at all.. there are many gynaecologists there. They just told me I would have to be patient with whatever I want to do there as people are always much...

Don't know about the hospital you mentioned. .

A big Amen.. it is well. I heard obio is free if u register bfor 12wks. 2 former colleagues of mine used obio & d rating was good, one even did CS(free of charge).. d only issue is d crowd.

He might pick grains into his mouth but to really eat it like he means it..... He wouldn't even finish a stick of biscuit... that's what I'm going through oooo.
