Happy Democracy Day dear country people,
As a country, we have gone through lots of ups and downs, but God have kept us safe from all external attacks.

Even if the country splits today or not, it is important to remember that we have been one from our birth off colonialism and we have been good brothers and sisters to one another, a great people who loves peace and who has a lot of value for friendship and brotherhood, may we never let this wonderful relationship flood away.
Let us not forget in a hurry, how welcoming the Hausa man have been to us all, we should always remember how accomodating the Igbos have been to all of us and may we never forget how loving the Yoruba man have been to us all.

Democracy is a good system of government, but as we know, everything that is good comes with its trials.

We may have had our challenges, but we must understand that we are on the right track and with positive efforts from all of us, we shall get the best result out of this system of government.

At this point, Uzodinma persuaded Gulak to yield him more time considering the circumstances of unrest in Imo State. Frustrated Gulak had no other option than to return to Abuja. Uzodinma had to arrange for a cab to drop off Gulak at Imo Airport without any security details. It was on the way to the airport that gunmen hired by Uzodinma wasted Gulak.

NIGERIA MIDDLE BELTERS DEFINED AHEAD RESTRUCTURING PLANS

IN various platforms people have been asking us, What is the Middle Belt? What are its geographical boundaries and who and who make up this community? Let me set the records straight today. As a territory, the Middle Belt is everything outside the core Sharia North, from Southern Borno to Southern Adamawa, Southern Kebbi, Southern Gombe, Southern Bauchi, Southern Kaduna and Southern Niger, to Plateau, Nasarawa, FCT, Kogi, Benue, Taraba, and Kwara.
