In a nutshell, it's a very small social project fund to provide water to 1 community in dire need of a clean water source.
The community hasn't been determined. We're aiming for something that will serve at least 500+ people.

We might have people on Nairaland nominate such communities and vote on one. This is something we will engage this month.
Certainly not Abeokuta, if I'm to go by the Raregem9000 quote up there.

So at this point, I'm getting basic insight on the expected cost. The total budget is only about N400k.
Another consideration to help 2 communities instead of 1 would be a manual approach, though I have doubts it can be done at 200k each. What are your thoughts?
