Hello, anyone know any good family lawyer in Abuja?

Does any one know a reputable family lawyer, expert in divorce cases, litigation. In Abuja, preferably from western part of Nigeria. Please dm me. I need it urgently.

Good day everyone. I have a question. I paid for my SEVIS fee last year, sometime around May. but did not get a visa. I deferred my admission. This time I'm scheduled for an interview around August this year. Do I need to pay another SEVIS fee?

My people in the house, I'm not sure what is happening, if this is just my issue, or if other people are experiencing the same issue. I have paid for my visa application for almost a month now, I can not even get a date for my f1 visa interview. each time I tried to schedule, I got a response that said "There are currently no appointments available". Initially, I thought the issue was unique to the Abuja location, but then I changed my profile to Lagos, but the message still persisted.

Quick question house: Im trying to apply for a visa after I got denied F1 visa a few (less than 6 months) months ago. When getting to the interview schedule page, I see questions like 1. Previously Refused - Visa refused in the last 6 months
2. Regular - Visa not refused in the last 12 months

So in this case should I go with option 2, does the F1 visa fall within the ""regular" visa category?

Quick question. I discovered my DS-160 still has my old Intended Date of travel (which is Jan 12, 2023). Here is a little background about my case. Initially got admission for the spring session, to resume on January 25, 2023, but after completing my application process, I could not get a visa date, so I defied the admission to Fall. So I scheduled my interview since then. Now my interview few weeks, and my DS-160 still has the old intended date of travel. In this case, what do I do, I notice I cannot edit it once is already submitted. Can I go to an interview with this DS-160?

One more question, is it okay if I request for an emergency now ( my resumption date is August) or wait till when is close by? Sorry for the many questions, this is my first time.

Not to be judgmental or anything, but why’d you go for 4 months without logging on to the portal?
There was an update on the platform sometime in February/ March by the embassy. So most people had their dates rescheduled to September. You’re most likely one of them. You need to start hustling for a new date, or apply for Emergency.
They sent a mail when the dates were rescheduled, unless you don’t check your mails too.

I never received an email. I do check my email every day. Because that's my personal email, which I also use for my daily business.

I need help, please. Has anyone ever seen this before in this forum? I scheduled my interview since Dec 2022. after working with the school to move my admission to July/August. So with this, I scheduled my interview for early July 2023. Since then I have not login to my profile. I log in this afternoon only to discover multiple interview cancellations on my profile( which obviously were not done by me). And they now scheduled a new date which is around September for me. I'm really surprised, at this point, I don't know what to do or figure out what is going on.
N.B. Nobody has my login info, beside me. I never use an agent or any other person.
