On the 28th of December 2025, Doctor Chris Okafor, the general overseer of Grace Nation International, did something that surprised many.

After narrating his ordeals with his ex-wife, his daughters and how his mentors in ministry transformed his life, he knelt down in front of the church and asked for forgiveness from all those he had in any way offended.

He did this because of the incessant barrage of hate speech against him on the Internet, which is indeed very disturbing.

Sadly, after humbling himself, the hate speech seems not to subside, as more and more people provoked by a woman called Doris ogala, his ex wife and a popular activist, continue to speak all manner of derogatory remarks about him.

As a minister of the gospel, I stand with Doctor Chris Okafor, not because he's 100% innocent of all accusations, but because he is a genuine servant of God.

Yes, he erred and momentarily went out of the will of God, but the fact remains is that this man is genuinely anointed by God to bring deliverance/healing/miracles/prophecy to his generation.

It's such a pity, that despite his apology, he is still insulted and degraded on social media.

For all those still detracting him, I humbly warn you to be wary of God's judgement which is coming_God does not joke with His anointed servants.

If they misbehave, leave them to God's discipline, God knows how to humble His servants.

But if people keep stubbornly speaking against God's anointed, God Himself will one day fight for them_and when God fights anyone, such will be in dire need of His mercy.

The sexual urge can never die. Yes it may be temporarily pacified when we seek God's presence, but it will always resurface once in a while because God put it there for a reason.

This is why many great men of God have fallen to fornication/adultery because they couldn't control their desire.

Self control is the answer. And it's the fruit of the Holy Spirit.

That means if you are a bachelor or bachelorette, you have to learn how to submit and subject your body.

but you have to be careful to marry a person compatible with you. A lot of people marry wrongly and it ends in divorce.

Just like Joseph, everyone of us will definitely face sexual temptations; the question is not 'if' we will face them, but 'when' we face them.

The urge to have sex is one of the strongest drives in humans_however it must be noted that the desire for sex is healthy because God Himself gave us sexual impulses for this major reason:

📖 And God blessed them (Adam and Eve), and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth...”
— Genesis 1:28

In other words what keeps the human race in existence is sex. Without it, the human race would have long gone into extinction.

God gave man and woman the desire for sex to reproduce and fill the earth.

This is the major purpose of God for sex closely followed by this second purpose:

📖 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
— Genesis 2:24

God gave us the desire for sex to cleave to each other in marriage (emotionally, spiritually and physically) as one flesh.

So both reproduction and cleaving as one flesh are God's purposes behind sex which can only be fulfilled in marriage.

Therefore any kind of sex outside marriage, destroys God's divine purpose behind it.

However, because all humans are wired for sex by God, we face the following sexual temptations daily:

👉Looking lustfully at the opposite sex

👉Watching/reading pornography

👉Masturbation

👉Fornication

👉Adultery

👉Homosexuality


The truth is that if Joseph had slept with his master's wife, he would have lost his glorious destiny!

A lot, and I mean a lot of people over the thousands of years, haven't been able to fulfill God's great destiny for their lives because of the sexual sins listed above.

Like Joseph, the best way to handle sexual temptations is to fear God, not casually but wholeheartedly.

Why? Our God is a consuming fire 🔥. (Hebrews 12:29)
